Lloyd's POV

I was sitting down with the ninja, coming up with a plan to keep Y/n safe for the next couple of weeks. Especially since she'll be going back to school tomorrow. The only ninja not here was Zane, and that's because he's helping Y/n catch up on all the work she missed last week. I feel awful in the state she's in right now. Yesterday her best friend died right in front of her eyes and now she has to sit down and learn stuff so she can graduate next week. I hate not being able to help her.

"Lloyd, do you agree?" Jay asked while looking for approval from me. I snap out of my thoughts to look up and hum.

"You weren't listening, were you?" Kai asked, even though he already knows the answer. I sighed.

"I'm sorry guys, I wasn't. I was thinking of something else." I apologized. They all sighed.

"You were thinking about Y/n, right?" Nya asked while furrowing her brows. I nodded.

"I just don't know what to do! Her mother kills Ivy and her best friend, just to try and kill her to become a demon. And on top of that, we haven't heard activity from D/n since her parents tried jumping Y/n. What if he's planning his next attack right now? What if its during school and we can't protect her-?" I went off and ranted but trailed off from some sobs. Cole patted my back for comfort as I tried to regain my breath and not cry. I sighed.
"I'm sorry guys, but it's just so not fair to Y/n. She's an amazing person and all this shit is happening to her. She's losing everyone she loves and I'm not okay with this happening to her. Especially when I feel like there aren't many options to help her." I confessed while crossing my arms. They all nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, I agree. It's not fair that she's losing everyone she loves." Nya agrees.

"That's it!" Kai said with a 'light bulb' moment in his head. We all directed our gazes to him.

"What is it, Kai?" Jay asks.

"You said M/n is killing people Y/n loves, right?" He began. We all nodded.
"What if, and hear me out, we use Lloyd as bait to defeat her AND D/n." He finishes. I put my hand over my mouth to think this over. This could work. I'd do anything to protect her, even if that means losing my own life for her.

"But we can't! He's the only one left, according to D/n, that'll keep Y/n sane til after she turns 18. And not to mention he's the Green Ninja! We need him!" Cole disagrees.
"If M/n kills Lloyd, then what happens? Ninjago City no longer has a Green Ninja? Y/n turns into a serial killer on her birthday? Hell fucking no! There's got to be another way!" He continues explaining his point.

"Cole's right, ninja. M/n knows spinjistu and seems to have hell on her side. You wouldn't be able to beat her with or without Lloyd either way." Wu says while walking in with his staff. Cole crosses his arms with victory and we all sigh.

"Then Sensei, what do we do? You taught her once right? Don't you know any of M/n's weaknesses?" Jay asks while walking over to Wu. I cross my arms and lean against the table. Wu sighs.

"Yes, it is true. I trained her to learn spinjistu because I thought she was going to be an elemental master of darkness. I was wrong, it was just her curse corrupting her from the beginning." Wu confessed. We all groaned.

"Are there any weaknesses?" I asked him with hope.

"M/n is a very skilled fighter. She would be able to beat any one of you in a match, and now she has a greater advantage with those demons on her side. The only way to defeat a demon, is with another demon." He said while stroking his beard.
