"You'll see soon babe..." I said sounding mysterious. She pouts, I chuckle lightly and place a kiss on her forehead and pull her into a hug. Even though it felt like the world was on fire around us, we felt protected in our own little bubble. My wishes were finally coming true, now I just need to protect her and hold her close to me. I never want to let her go.

Y/n's POV

After I texted Ivy that Lloyd and I were going out, we walked out of the neighborhood into the city. Good thing I decided to wear my denim converse. Blondie was holding my hand and I was hugging his arm while we were walking and talking about whatever.

"Where are you taking me?" I ask him. He looks at me and smiles.

"Its a surprise." He says while giving me a wink and a smirk. I pout which turns his smirk into a smile. He is so cute oh my lord my heart is melting.

"Can you give me a hint?" I pry, and give him my best puppy dog eyes. C'mon e/c eyes, don't fail me now! He sighs and gives in.

"Alright, but only because you're so damn adorable!" He caved while booping my nose. I scrunched my nose and smiled.
"All I can tell you, is that you're gonna love it. You might be uncomfortable, but I think you'll love it." He says. Hmm, I wonder if it's like the mall or something because I'm so socially awkward? Or maybe the park? He stops walking and turns to me. I furrow my brows in confusion.

"Okay, we're close can you close your eyes please?" He asks nicely with a smile. I sigh and nod. He smiles brighter than ever and covers my eyes with the sleeve of his hoodie. I rolled my eyes, or tried to. Everything was black but I could hear what was going on. I held onto Lloyd tight, hoping he wouldn't let me fall or trip or die.

"We are about to walk in the building. Watch your step!" He says with a warning. I nod and take a big step. I could hear music playing in the background. Are we in a restaurant? I listened closely and I heard someone singing along to a song. Oh no. He took me to a-

"Ta da!" He exclaims while revealing my eyes to a karaoke restaurant. Oh no! I should have mentioned that I have stage fright!! He did all of this for me, I can't back out now! I can't hurt him! I put on a fake but convincing smile.

"Yay! Karaoke! Lloyd you're the best!" I said, trying to convince him and myself that I was happy. I am happy, but I'm more scared and worried than happy. Let's just hope no one makes me sing.

"See I knew you'd like it! C'mon let's get a table!" He exclaims with a smile on his face and pulling me to a table. We sat in the back but in the area of the stage. I look around and see some people chilling on the sides, some watching performers from up above, and adults at the bar. There wasn't a lot of people, thank the fucking lord for that, but it still made uneasy. I guess this is what Lloyd meant when he said that I'll be uncomfortable at first...

We ordered our drinks and just talked while some people sang in the background. Should I ask him? I'm gonna ask him.

"Sooo, uh Lloyd?" I ask while twiddling my thumbs and trying to not look suspiciously unhappy.

"Yes sunshine?" He replies, turning his gaze to me and smiling. Oh my gawd, he's killing me internally with his sweet nicknames and adorable face. Come on Y/n! Get it together!
