you again

spiked?

It was the next morning.

Samamtha woke up with the sun peering through the same window. She groaned. She was not a morning person. She checked her phone, it was already 10am.

She hopped out of bed and just pulled on a robe over her pj's. She headed down stairs to the restaurant. She ordered a cup of coffee. "Sammie!" She heard Kathy's voice. "Great!" She thought to herself. She walked over to join kathy and tyler.
Tyler looked at her but she couldn't figure out what his expression meant and she was too sleepy to try. "Good morning to you too sunshine!" Kathy said dramatically. She rolled eyes. "You look like the walking dead!" Kathy laughed. "I didn't get much sleep last night." She complained. "How come?" Kathy said. "I was talking to Jake almost have the night and he asked me out so I'm busy today at 12. If u dont have any stupid bridal request can I please finish my coffee and get dressed!" Samantha snapped.
"Hey who do you think you're talking to!" Tyler shouted. "Tyler it's okay." Kathy said quitely getting up and leaving the restaurant. "What the hell is wrong with you!" Tyler yelled. "All that girl can talk about it how great you are and you get angry at her?" He continued shouting. Samantha could barely hear what he was saying. She felt everything vibrating and before she knew it, her vision was blur. She pressed her fingers against her head. Tyler turned around only to see her falling. He didn't know what to do so he ran and caught her. "Hey! What's wrong sam?" He said. People immediately surrounded them. He lifted her up, confused as to what to do, he took her up to her room. He began to feel really really worried, he put on her bed as he stood there watching as she layed lifeless. He squeezed her hands, they were cold. He quickly called the doctor and then he called kathy to let her know what was going on. He sat down beside her and took her hand in his. "Sam please just wake up!" He said with tears in his eyes, he had never felt so afraid in his life. "Wake up damn it!" He yelled.

Then Kathy burst through the door. Je quickly wiped his face so she wouldn't suspect anything. "What happened?" Kathy exclaimed crying. "She kneeled down beside the bed, noticing how pale samantha looked. Then the doctor arrived. Kathy got frantic. "Please see what's wrong!" Kathy yelled. Tyler was left speechless. "Can you guys pleae exit the room?" The doctor said. Tyler nodded.

"What's wrong?" Kathy asked anxiously as the doctor emerged from the room. Tyler quickly stood up to listen. "Nothing to worry about." The doctor replied. "She's just dehydrated and stressed out. And she probably had one too many drinks last night."
"Thats impossible sammie doesn't even drink!" Kathy said. "Well some of the tests say otherwise. There was a high level of alcohal in her system." The doctor said "so how is that possible!" Tyler yelled. Kathy seemed surpised by his outburst. "Maybe someone spiked her drink?" The doctor suggested.

Samantha woke up. She saw kathy sitting beside her on her bed. As she sat up, kathy hugged her tightly. "I'm sorry," samantha said smiling weakly. "I shouldn't have spoke to you that way."
"Don't even think about apologizing." Kathy said. "Do you have any idea how worried i was about you? Ty! He was frantic!" She exclaimed. "I dont think so, he hates me." She said in a low voice. "What did you say?" Kathy asked. "Nothing," she shook her head. Just then tyler came in. He instantly felt relief when he saw her awake. "The doctor said you should drink a lot of water," he stated in a raw tone, trying his best to pretend he didn't care. "Did you have alcohal last night?" Kathy questioned her. "No, why?" Samantha replied. "The doctor said there was a lot of alcohal in your system. And you fainted cuz of stress and dehydration and mainly because of the alcohol." Kathy explained. "No i didn't have anything except for puch," she replied. "Who got you the punch?" Kathy asked. "Jake" she said. Just then, kathy's phone rang. "Its your mom, I'll go fill her in," kathy said as she stepped outside.
Samantha looked at tyler. Things were awkward... again! "What?" She asked tyler. "If you didn't have a drink, did someone spike it?" He asked. "I told you only jake got me a fruit punch last night." She replied. "And who's saying he didn't do it?" Tyler replied. "I'm saying so!" She said. "Besides why would he? He left the part early,"
"So did you," tyler put in.
"But we went our separate ways"
"So he didn't try to follow you or anything?"
"What no! Well he asked me to give him a tour but then mom asked me to help her find her necklace so i had to leave him, and he left." She explained.
"Why are you defending him?" He said.
"And why do you even care?" She shot back.
"I don't, but kathy is really worried." He replied.
"So that's the only reason you care?" She asked him.
"Yes, why? Should there be another?" He asked, knowing what she meant.
"No, my bad." She said. "At least my doubts are conformed" she thought. "He completely doesn't have any more feeling left for me, he doesn't really even care. And i shouldn't either."
