"What are you doing here!?" They asked eachother at the same time again. Ty was none other than Samantha's ex boyfriend from high school. Samantha spoke up "I'm here to meet me my cousin's fiance!" She said rolling her eyes. "Oh and I'm here to meet my fiancee's cousin!" He said slowly realizing what that meant.  "Your Kathy's cousin? Sammie?" "Yes" samantha replied. "And I'm guessing you're  ty!" "I always told kathy her habbit of nick-naming people would cause a very big misunderstanding one day." She thought to herself. "Wow i can't believe out of all the million of men in the world your the only idiot kathy could find." She said "i'm sorry what did you say?" Tyler said. "Who me? I didn't say anything." She laughed.
Just then kathy arrived. "Oh I'm gald you two have finally met." She said "uh kat, I thought you said her name was sammie." Tyler said. "Well it's Samantha but I call her sammie for short." She said. "Alright kat I have to go I'm supposed to help the guys with a project." Tyler said. "But Sammie literally just got here." Kathy replied. " It's okay kat leaving is one of his  oldest habbits." Samantha said. "Shoot did i say that out loud?" She thought to herself. "What?" Kathy asked. "And not being undertanding is one of yours." Tyler said. Kathy looked at tyler then looked at samantha then looked back at tyler feeling very confused."okay what's going on here? Am i missing something? Do u guys know eachother?"
Samantha: "Yes-"
Tyler: "No-"
They said at the same time. "We-we know eachother from school." Samantha said. "But we dont know eachother right now." Tyler added. "Yeah um what he means is that well- uh we havent been in touch for a while now." Samantha put in. "Oh!" Kathy smiled "so you guys are friends then!" She said. "Pff" chuckled tyler in a sarcastic way. "No we are far from friends." Samantha said rolling her eyes.

~two hours later~
Samantha was in Kathy's living room with her mom, dad, kathy, her uncle david and her aunt carol who were Kathy's parents. "Do you want another drink sweetie?" Carol asked her "no aunty Im fine thanks." She said "So Samantha when are we gonna hear about your wedding?" Her mom teased. "Mom!" She said."what?" Said her dad "Mitchell is right." "I told you guys when the perfect guy comes along." She said. "Sammie is still waiting for prince charming!" Kathy said smiling. "Okay guys!" We have to get going." Said david. Kathy's family booked a hotel at a resort for themselves and the tylers family to stay for the wedding week. "Im so excited!!!" Said Kathy. "Me too Samantha said smiling." But the fact that kathy was getting married to her ex boyfriend for some reason really  seemed to really bother her since she thought she was completely over him. "Maybe it's because I'm afraid he'll hurt Kathy." She convinced herself.
