truth or dare

It was already saturday. For samantha time seemed to be slipping away. She sat on her bed and recollected everything that happened.
It seemed so unreal. A few days ago she was at college studying, living her life and now suddenly she's back home, facing all these problems with her mom, kathy, tyler.

The door swung open to reveal liz.
"Change of plans!" Liz started
" we are going to a club tonight! It was veronica's idea. Appearently something came up Sunday for her." Liz explained.

"Liz I'm really not in the mood to go to a club right now." Samantha said.

"Oh we are going alright! And alex invited tyler as well so maybe you two can finally talk things through." Liz said.

"No. We had a talk yesterday, in the elevator. The wedding will happen. And I want it to happen." Samantha stated

"No! Are you crazy?" Liz yelled.

"Look liz this is my life and it was fine before I came back to New York. I just wanna go back to school and get my life on track again." She said.

"Okay." Liz nodded

Samantha and liz arrived at the bar ten minutes late! And samantha hated being late. As she approached their  table, she had a major flashback to highschool. Alex, veronica,  zac and Tyler were were engaged in a conversation. They were all smiling and laughing just like old times.

"Oh hey!" Alex exclaimed as saw liz and Samantha approach. He kissed liz gently on her lips and hugged Samantha.
"Sam!" Veronica exclaimed.
"Your not skinny anymore! Oh my god I missed you so much!" Veronica said shifting to make room for Samantha. Veronica, liz and Samantha sat one one side while the guys sat opposite them. More importantly tyler was sitting opposite samantha. Talk about awkward.

"Ronnie you wont change will you!" Samantha laughed.
"I missed you too hunny!" Samantha
smiled.

"Okay enough with cheesy I miss you's" tyler laughed folding his arms.

"Hello? Anyone remember me?" Zac laughed.

"Why no sir, why dont you tell us who you are?" Liz teased.

"Hey zac!" Samantha said.
"So nice to see you again!" Samantha said smiling and tyler couldn't help but stare at her shining brown eyes.

"I know! Where have you been all these years? I mean tyler, alex and I met once at a football game and Liz and veronica are still in New York, so what have you been up to?" Zac asked.

"I've been studying medicine at oxford." She said.

"What about you?" She asked

"I'm in law school right now." He replied

"That's amazing! You always wanted to be a lawyer, keep going!" Liz said.

"And what is this I'm hearing about alex and liz in a relationship?" Samantha smirked.

"Always need to know everything dont you sam!" Alex laughed.

They comtinued to chat for what seemed like ages. They ordered and ordered again unitl a very awkward question arose.

"I hear you're getting married." Veronica said looking at tyler.

Samantha almost choked on her sparkling water.

"Yeah, it was supposed to be yesterday actually but something came up so its gonna be tuesday instead." Tyler said.

"And you didnt even invite us!" Zac yelled.
