Reborn (Bakugo X Reader)

~ 3rd PoV ~

(Y/n) and Bakugo arrived with All might at the hospital. They were put in separate rooms. Few pro heroes were given the job to guard them. Present Mic internally winced when he saw the wounds on (Y/n). She still wasn't awake yet. Her mom along with her dad came rushing in the room. Her mom broke down at the sight. Her father picked her up and hugged her slightly. Mic knew this was private so he stepped out of the room.

Bakugo wasn't hurt too much, just few cuts and a concussion. The doctors said he would take time to wake up but he would be alright. His mom softly wove her hands through his hair while his dad comforted her. All might gritted his teeth. He couldn't protect his own students when he was able to save the whole world. He went to the washrooms and deflate. His time was decreasing. He knew one day he would have to stop being the symbol of peace and help Mirio take his place. He couldn't look at his reflection. He was ashamed to do so.

Bakugo had woken not long ago. His mother was pulling his ear and lecturing him. He couldn't concentrate. His mind was only filled with (Y/n). He had asked her mom about her the moment he woke up. She said she was told she was in the room next door. Mic didn't let him enter. He knew the kid would be traumatized more if he saw her that state again. Katsuki was holding back tears. He had glimpses of her doll eyes and cuts.

His mom stopped and gave him a tight hug. He couldn't hold back any more. He cried in his mom's shoulder. He knew she would never be back. She would never be the same again. His (Y/n) was gone, snatched by that shitty Deku. A doctor came to check up on him. He wanted to be left alone but he didn't say anything.

(Y/n) on the other hand had been finished bandaging up. It broke her mom to see almost her whole body in bandages. She knew she was a bad mother. Who lets her daughter be kidnapped for two whole months? She was a pro hero. Heroes don't do that. Her dad was shaken up at the least. He flew straight from Syria when his wife told his daughter was missing. He used everything he had but he couldn't find his daughter. (For plot purposes) He almost had a heart attack when (M/n) had collapsed. He didn't want to lose his family.

America was safer. He would go back with his family once they were physically healed. He wasn't sure about mentally. The doctors said it would take a day or two for her to wake up. They would check her again later. They thanked the doctor and got either side of the bed. It was sundown. They daughter was finally brought back to them. Both held her hands, hating the coldness seeping from it.

According to the doctors, she was majorly dehydrated, malnourished, anaemic, burned, had scars and bruises all over her body. That was just the physical report. They couldn't tell anything about her mental state until she woke up. Her mother sighs. She caressed her daughter's dirty and a bit bloody hair. She had been through a lot. She just hopes she survives it. She knows her daughter is strong. She believed in her. She squeezes her hand, hoping she would wake up from it.

Class 1-A still hadn't got the news of the retrieval of their classmates. Everything about the rescue was executed so perfectly even the media didn't hear about it. The class was never happy again after the sports festival. The news of the kidnapping spread across the school like a wildfire. Everyone who despised the class felt pity for them. The first month the class was like a class of dead people. Their smiles and happiness drained. Bakusquad was in worse condition. No jokes were ever passed by them. Mina had just stopped talking to everyone. Sero and Kaminari locked themselves in their room.  Kirishima was never seen smiling. Bakugo well he sometimes was too quiet or too loud. He despised everything. He would sulk around somewhere and would often bunk lectures. He sometimes would burst in the staff room and lecture the teachers there for sitting on their asses, joking around.
