Eventually, Makarov stood up on the stage signalling the guild to listen. He started by apologising for disbanding the guild. He then went straight to the point by talking about Alvarez. I pushed my way to the front of the crowd. It wasn't hard for everyone to agree to fight for the guild.

Everyone got all fired up, so Makarov signalled the guild to be quiet. "Before we get too carried away, there's some extremely important information I must share with you. It's regarding the Lumen Histoire, formally known as Fairy Heart". That got our attention.

That's when Mavis appeared. She started explaining Fairy Heart, and she started from the beginning. She told the guild everything about our shared past. By the time she was finished, everyone was speechless.

We started discussing Fairy Heart, considering it was what Zeref was after. "Why would they go through the trouble? Aren't they already swimming with power over there?" Bickslow asked.

"My theory is that they want to use it as a weapon in the fight against Acnologia," Mavis replied.

"Yes and no," I stepped in. I moved onto the stage so I would be able to address everyone better. "It's true that they want to use it against Acnologia, but there's another reason, a more secretive one, one that only Zeref and I know about. He wants to obtain infinite time magic so he can go back to when my family died and prevent it". I couldn't help but glance over at Natsu as I said that.

"How did they die?" someone asked. I didn't know who, and I didn't really care.

"They were killed by a dragon," I replied simply. I continued speaking. "Once upon a time, there was nothing I wanted more. But I'm happy with the life I have now. I've made so many amazing friends, had so many adventures, and I'm getting married. None of that would've been possible if my parents didn't die when they did. Plus, I made peace with their deaths long ago".

Everyone started cheering, vowing to protect Mavis and stop Zeref with their lives. Mavis, on the other hand, was feeling guilty, for some reason. "I never dreamed my sin would cause all this".

"What sin?" Gajeel stepped in. "Because opening your heart up to someone isn't actually a sin in my books".

"Do you want to know a secret?" I asked, moving closer to her. "Zeref loved you, and your death absolutely destroyed him. He told me so himself". Her eyes widened., and I just nodded with a smile on my face. I added, "Besides, its more my fault than yours". She just looked up at me in confusion. "He's my brother. I can't help but feel like I could've prevented this somehow".

"You shouldn't blame yourself either," Erza said to me. "You're here now, in our guildhall, fighting to protect Master Mavis, and that's what matters". Everyone seemed to agree.

"(Y/N)," Lucy called our attention. "You should probably tell us what we're up against".

I nodded. "As you know, Zeref is the king of that country, the Emperor Spriggan. At his right side was me, although I'm pretty sure the honour goes to Invel now. I was the leader of the Spriggan 12, his elite generals in his army. Speaking of the Spriggan 12, we should probably start with those that a select few of you have already encountered.

"Let's start with Brandish μ. As I'm sure you've figured out by now, Brandish has the ability to control mass, she can either enlarge objects or shrink them. Brandish is actually from Fiore but moved to Alvarez after her mother passed away.

"Next is Ajeel Raml, also known as The Desert King. As it mentions in his title, he has the ability to control sand. I actually trained those two myself, as well as a few others.

"Then there's Dimaria Yesta. She's a warrior-type. Most of her opponents think she's super-fast because you could blink and she'd have already killed you, but the truth is she uses a form of time magic. She enjoys toying with her opponents. She also looks up to Brandish as kind of a big sister. I didn't actually have the honour of training her, so I'm afraid that's all I know about her.

"Bloodman. Bloodman is an Etherious, meaning he's from the Book of Zeref. Not my doing either. I don't really know much about his abilities, so I can't tell you much, but I do know he has Torafuzar's abilities as well as a few others". I glanced at Gajeel, being the one that defeated Torafuzar.

"Next is Invel Yura, who I mentioned earlier. Invel is also known as The Winter General due to his incredible ice abilities". I couldn't help but look at Gray as I explained that. "As I said, he is most likely to be my replacement as Zeref's right-hand man. He is also probably the most rational of all the 12.

"Jacob Lessio, the assassin. He is an expert in stealth and transportation magic.

"Wall Eehto, who has the ability to exploit his enemies' weaknesses and shortcoming and create robots based on that knowledge.

"Neinhart has the ability to look into your history, or 'historia,' and use it against you.

"Larcade. Larcade considers Zeref his 'father', but I guess in a way he is. He is a demon from the Book of Zeref. The truth is, he's more of a 'rough copy' for E.N.D. He uses light magic as well as the ability to enhance the three human desires: sex, hunger and sleep to the point where it would drive you crazy with desire.

"I decided to leave the most powerful for last. First is August, named by Zeref himself. He is the current leader of the Spriggan 12. He was my right-hand man and the man who I declared the leader of the Spriggan 12 before I left. As the very first Spriggan aside from Zeref and myself, he was most suited for the job. He is also known as The Wizard King. In his long life, he has managed to master all types of magic, or that's what he would like you to think. The truth is, he has the ability to copy Caster-type magic.

"Irene Belserion, also known as Scarlet Despair due to for scarlet red hair and her immense magical ability. She has the ability to bestow her magic power into anything, including the atmosphere and the very Earth itself.

"Lastly, there's God Serena, the man that you know as the wizard ranked #1 on the Ten Wizard Saints, or at least he was before he left. I don't actually know much about him or his abilities as I've never met him, but I heard that he joined Alvarez to kill Acnologia". I stopped, waiting for someone to say something, but everyone was too speechless.

Mavis stepped in. "We'll need to formulate our strategy". She gave me a look which I understood.

Before I left, I turned to her. "I have but one request. I would like to stay here, at least until Zeref shows up". She nodded. I walked out of the guildhall, everyone staring after me, then teleported straight to the Sabertooth guildhall.

I landed right at the door. When I landed, everyone stopped and stared at me in surprise until Rogue walked up to me and gave me a big hug. He let go then grabbed my hands gently. "Are you ok? I was worried about you!" he said to me.

I gave him a soft smile. "I'm fine". I slowly let go of his hands. "I'm not staying. I have to go back but I need your help". I turned around to look at every single member of the guild until my eyes landed on Sting's. "My brother is making his move. Fairy Tail will be fighting on the front lines and I will be joining them. But we can't do it alone. We need the help of all the allied forces, including Sabertooth. So please, will you help us?"

Sting walked up to me. "Of course. We owe Fairy Tail a lot, plus a valued member of the guild is fighting on the front lines, so how could we refuse?" The entire guild starting cheering in agreement.

"Thank you," I said to them with a smile. "Now I have to go and deliver the same message to the other guilds in the allied forces".

I was about to leave when Rogue pulled me in for a passionate kiss which ended far too soon. "Stay safe," he whispered as he stared into my eyes.

I nodded. I then teleported away and one by one, delivered the message to all the guilds in the allied forces asking them for help, to which they all agreed. Finally, it was time for me to head back to the Fairy Tail guildhall. I arrived to see everyone prepping for battle. Mavis walked up to me and delivered the battle strategy she came up with. I also gave my report on the guilds and their answers. She walked away and left me to prepare.

I was a bit relieved at we weren't fighting this alone, but it wasn't enough to quell my anxiety of having to fight Zeref, of all people. Not because he was my brother, but because he was so much stronger than me.

I spent the night at the guildhall due to the fact that I no longer had my apartment here in Magnolia.
