Love Ending

What happened? Where am I? I could hear voices. They sounded distorted.

I slowly opened my eyes to see that I was in the Fairy Tail medical ward. I turned my head to the side to see Natsu and Rogue arguing about something.

"I'm telling her!"

"No, I am!"

I groaned and slowly sat up, drawing the attention of everyone in the room. I noticed that Lucy, Happy and Porlyusica were also in the room. "What happened?" I asked, looking around.

Immediately, Natsu and Rogue rushed up to me. They both started to talk but kept interrupting each other before they started arguing again.

Eventually, I cut them off. "Guys get out". The two of them froze and stared at me wide-eyed. "Please leave, you're giving me a headache".

Lucy stepped forward. "You heard her get out".

They reluctantly turned and walked out of the room with depressed looks on their faces. I smiled in amusement as I watched them leave. It wasn't until I heard the door close that I started talking. "What happened? Why were they arguing?"

The room was filled with uncomfortable silence. Lucy was the first to break it. "Porlyusica said that there is no trace of black magic left within you".

I looked at her shocked. "What are you saying?"

For the first time since I woke up, Porlyusica spoke. "I don't know how, but your Ankhseram curse is gone".

As soon as those words left her mouth, my world stopped. "How is this possible?" All I could manage was a whisper.

"It appears the god that gave you that curse has decided to forgive you for whatever it was you did to wrong him," Porlyusica replied.

My thoughts were swirling. 'Is this because I risked my own life to save the rest of the world? Or does it have something to do with me expelling all my black magic in an effort to defeat Acnologia?' Eventually, a soft smile appeared on my face. 'Thank you, Ankhseram'.

I turned to Lucy. "You can let the boys back in now".

Lucy and Happy left the room for a few minutes then came back in with Natsu, Rogue and Sting. My face lit up when a woman with a strikingly similar appearance to Lucy walked in. "Anna!"

She walked over to me and pulled me in for a hug. When she pulled away, Natsu stepped forward. "How does it feel to be an ordinary mortal?"

I couldn't help but smile. "I've wanted this for 400 hundred years; how do you think I feel?"

Rogue sat down on my bed and placed my hand in his. "So what now?"

I smiled up at him. "Now, we get married".

One year later

I stood in front of the mirror fixing up my gorgeous white dress. After one year of planning, Rogue and I were finally getting married.

I was still fidgeting when I heard a knock on the door. A second later, the door opened and Natsu walked in. When he saw me, he froze. "Wow, you look beautiful". I couldn't help but smile.

I had asked Natsu to walk me down the aisle, being the only family I had left. He had been making an effort as my brother.

He held out his arm for me to take. I gripped the locket around my neck, (which I had insisted on wearing today) before taking Natsu's outstretched arm.

The wedding was taking place at the Sabertooth guildhall. I was incredibly grateful to my Fairy Tail friends for taking the trip.

Along the way, we met up with Yukino. Yukino was the one I selected to be my maid of honour and the one I'd asked to take care of my bouquet. She handed me my bouquet with a smile before heading into the room.

Then the doors opened. Taking a deep breath, I stepped through the doorway. I looked ahead and locked eyes with my husband-to-be in his dashing suit with his best man, Sting.

I slowly walked down the aisle, every step making my heart beat faster. After what seemed like forever, I finally reached the front. I gave the bouquet back to Yukino before taking Rogue's hands in my own.

I smiled softly as I glanced down at my locket. 'Are you watching, Zeref? I finally did it. I finally got the life you always wanted for me'.
