Your P.O.V
"So? What is it, redhead." I impatiently waited for Archie to speak up. He was thinking, probably about wether or not to tell me this which meant it was quite serious. But what could possibly be so bad he didn't want to tell me about? I was scared to say the least."Archie, you okay?" I put my hand on his shoulder to comfort him. And it helped. He took a deep breath and looked at me with those honest eyes he always seemed to have. "Yeah, it's just uh-," My eyes widened, signaling him to continue. "Cheryl, y/n, it's Cheryl." I rolled my eyes knowing exactly what this was about now. "Yes, Archie I know it's about Cheryl. You've made that very clear in the last few minutes." He seemed to feel guilty. But what was he guilty about? "I know you don't like her, I know Betty doesn't like her and please don't get me started about Veronica." He sighed still battling with his mind about this 'thing' he still hadn't told me.
"Damned Archie, just-," That's when he caved.
"She's bad news y/n." I looked at him with wide eyes. "I'm sorry?" He licked his lips, shook his head and looked away. "I know that you, Betty and Veronica don't like her, but I don't care." His eyes were focused on one spot in the distance behind me. "Exactly why are you bringing this up again?" He sighed before speaking up again, this time looking right into my eyes.
"Remember my dad's construction site I worked on over the summer?" I nodded. "Well, yesterday a group of hooded guys assaulted Reggie." He continued. "He's been in the hospital for a few days, but they told us he was going to be okay very soon." Poor Reggie, I thought. At least he was going to be ok. "So what exactly does Cheryl have to do with this?" Again, he didn't say anything. Archie stood up and took one step closer to me."Her father sent those guys. Her dad was the one who sent those pricks to the construction site." He pointed at the hallway where I just had seen Cheryl a few minutes ago.
"Her dad kicked Reggie to the curve, HER dad wanted to make my dad's company go to shit. It's HER fault y/n!" He sped up with every sentence he spoke, but I stopped him after the last pity assumption he made. "No Archie! It was her goddamn dad who did all this!" He was thrownback from
my anger. "Are you fucking stupid or something? Can't you think clearly for one freaking second and use your tiny teenager brain?" He stuttered trying to form an answer but nothing came out. "What, so now you got nothing to say anymore? For gods sake Archie. How did you even find out about her dad being the culprit? Last time I checked he's still in prison.""Betty and Jug did some research." He guiltily admitted looking down. He felt sorry in a way, but I was having none of it right now. "AGAIN? God I swear I'm so done with them. No, actually, I'm done with all of you! Why can't you mind your own fuckin business just for goddamn once?" I scoffed making my way out the door already, when Archie spoke up for the last time. "Y/n, please can we talk about this again?" I turned around for the last time. Upset, mad and not to mention disappointed, I looked in his eyes. My friends went behind my back to find any evidence they could of my girlfriend being horrible. I softly spoke up for the last time.
"No, Archie. I don't want to talk to you, nor Betty and Jughead for a really long time. I'm so fucking done with you guys."
The doors came to a close behind me. I had to find Cheryl asap.
