Gabriel huffed, rolling off of his bed and accidentally stepping on a poster that he had been working on last night. He swore as his foot hit the wet paint, wiping it off on one of the rags he had to clean up any spilled paint. He checked his phone, but there were no texts on his phone. He could assume it was because Sam was still asleep since Lucifer was also down the hallway. Apparently, they hadn't had practice before school. He walked out into the hallway, watching as Lucifer opened the door to the bathroom and then stood there for a straight minute.

"You okay there, bro?" Gabriel asked. Lucifer looked up at him.

"I'm sorry," Lucifer said.

"Uh, no need to apologize, Luci. I'm just trying to see if you're alright," Gabriel said. Lucifer nodded and rubbed his forehead.

"I'm sorry, I had a bunch of nightmares last night for no good reason. I'm okay though, just tired," Lucifer said. "You need to shower?"

"Yeah, but I can wait," Gabriel said. Lucifer shook his head.

"I'll just use the other bathroom," Lucifer said.

"TOO LATE," Balthazar shouted as he raced past both of them to the vacant master bedroom and slammed the door behind him. Lucifer rolled his eyes.

"Well, then I'll just wait. I'm hungry anyway," Lucifer said. "Also, remember that we don't have to wear uniforms today, so don't show up to school in a suit like a dufus."

"It was one time," Gabriel huffed before walking into the bathroom and shutting the door.

Gabriel skipped down the stairs and was met with silence from his brothers and cousins. He looked at the four of them who were all eating bagels. Or at least, had been eating bagels. Now they were all staring at Gabriel. Gabriel coughed and raised an eyebrow at them.

"That's a cute outfit," Alfie said before looking back down at his laptop. Gabriel shifted uncomfortably.

"I think I look stupid. I'm just going to go change," Gabriel said.

"What? Don't do that," Lucifer said. "If that's what you like, then don't change just because of what people are going to say." Gabriel tugged on the hem of his shirt.

The outfit wasn't that bad. A pair of dark skinny jeans, converse, and a sort of crop top hoodie. Nothing that came up too high, Gabriel wasn't brave enough for that. But considering the entire school knew he was gay, there was no point in hiding things like this anymore. He huffed.

"Do you think Sam is gonna think I look stupid?" Gabriel asked. Lucifer scoffed.

"No, you're probably gonna make him weak in the knees," Lucifer mumbled as he went back to eating his food.

"Are you sure?" Gabriel asked.

"Yes, I'm sure," Lucifer said. "He's all alpha male, you know you doing anything vaguely feminine is going to get to him."

"Okay," Gabriel said, flopping over into one of the seats. Castiel offered him a bagel, which Gabriel took and started to eat. He was half-way through the bagel when the doorbell rang.

"Come in!" Castiel called.

"What's up, guys?" Sam asked as he walked through the front door.

"I think you meant gays," Michael mumbled as he followed Sam. Gabriel climbed to his feet awkwardly, pulling on the bottom of his shirt.

"Gabe, stop it," Balthazar said, flicking Gabriel's arm. "You look good, own it." Gabriel blushed and then sighed, leaning against the counter.

"Are all the Novaks gay?" Dean asked as they walked into the kitchen.
