Xavianna sat next to Dom during his court case it is unknown how she was able to do that all that was known was she wouldn't take no for a answer Brian and Mia sit behind them in a separate room looking through the half windowed wall the gravel bangs twice and the bailiff calls out "all rise"  everyone stands as the judge walks in, sits in his seat then says "please be seated"  then he says to Dom "please rise, Mr. Toretto"  Dom squeezes Xavi's hand then stands as the judge says "I've listened to the testimony and taken into special consideration Agent O'Conner's appeal of clemency on behalf of Mr. Toretto that his actions directly resulted in the apprehension of known drug trafficker Arturo Braga however, this judiciary finds that one right does not make up for a lifetime worth of wrongs and as such, I find that I am forced to level the maximum sentence under California law Dominic Toretto, you are hereby sentenced to serve at the Lompoc maximum security prison system without the possibility of early parole this court is adjourned"  Dom looks at Xavi with a sorrowful expression on his face she smiles at him then stands up and hugs him wrapping her arm around his neck "it'll be alright I've already taken care of it.... I love you!"  she whispers softly into his ear then kisses his lips he looks at her oddly as she walks away then he gets taken to the prison bus.... knowing full well what the verdict will be Xavi called ahead to Tego and Rico who were in California for a job/race they worked out a plan and found what route the bus would take to get to the prison it will be the first time Xavi has ever worked a "job" but she would do ANYTHING for Dom.... apparently even break the law.... and since Brian wanted to drive Dom's Charger she drove her father's Boss 429 Mustang.... with her pups in the back seat.... to commit such an act.... Brian was shocked that she was 10 steps ahead of him in "the plan" to free Dom and that she not only found but KNEW people willing to play along "they're family.... and they don't have the tattoo either!"  Xavi told Brain who laughs Mia looks at them oddly.... before Dom's day in court Xavi spent all her free time fixing up Dom's Charger getting it ready for whenever it was going to be used again.... Mai and Xavi work together to distract the driver driving up along the bus "quit starin at my ass Bri!"  Xavi teases through the com "I can't help it it's just so bootylicious!"  Brian teases through his com as he drives behind her as the drive up the side of the bus "that's it I'm tellin Dom!"  she says "no please don't do that!"  Brian replies and they hear Mia laugh through her com then say "alright you two let's focus on the task at hand"  Xavi replies "we are!.... and apparently it's my ass!.... now I'm going to be the butt of every joke!"  Mia's laughter grows Mia and Xavi's cars meet side by side and drive a little ways away from the bus then they spin in unison and drive towards it passing Brian who looks over at them the bus swerves to miss them then Brian slams on his brakes the bus crashes into the car and rolls over top of it "why does everything always happen to Dom's car!?!"  Xavi whispers to herself shaking her head as she once again turns her car around and watches the bus continues spinning in the road once it stops she climbs out and rushes towards it, opens the door, walks in and searches for the only one that matters once she finds him she takes a hairpin out of her hair and unlocks his cuffs then they walk off the bus together.... "what the HELL were you thinking!?!"  Dom just about screams as Xavi drives them to the meeting point "I think he'd understand besides Brian needed a reason to stare at my ass!"  she replies calmly he stares at her then laughs his lips meet hers and don't let go for the longest time and yet they somehow manage not to crash....
