It's been a month. Now, we only have one week before the Underground party of people who work in the dark.

"Buti nalang ginawa niya na tayong trusted supplier," Jax blurted out, relieved. Tumingin ako sa kan'ya at tumango.

"That old man is really shitty," Sun commented habang nakatingin sa laptop niya.

Ngumiwi si Jax at sakto namang dumating si Rein dala ang kape namin.

"Yep." Pag sang-ayon ni Jax at sumimsim ng kape.

He's got a lot of dirty secrets that we uncover as w ego deeper.

"One week to go. We need to have a plan," Rein said and sat near Sun, so he can look on whatever it is that Sun's doing on his laptop which I bet is hacking.

"You're amazing," Rein commented.

Ngumisi si Sun. "I'm not in the Court for nothing dickhead."

Tahimik akong sumimsim sa kape ko when my phone ring. Agad ko iyong sinagot nung makitang si Sutton iyon.

"Young man. Have you finish taking him down?" pambungad niyang sabi. His voice filled with authority which made me feel like I'm under him. That's what Sarah hated most about his father. Having this too much authority in his voice like as if anyone he talks to is under him. She hated that. She hated his job, she hated how she can't make his father stop his dirty jobs.

"Hindi pa. We're planning to abduct him in the party," magalang kong sagot.

"Ah, I see. Can I do something to help?" Umiling ako kahit hindi naman niya ako nakikita.

"No need. I can handle this." aside from his drugs, there's nothing more that I want to ask. I think that's a great help already.

"That's good. After all, it's all for Sarah, right?"

Agad kong naalala si Sarah. The way she smiled talking about how kind his father is, or when her smile fades talking about his chosen job. When she kisses me the moment everything got heavy. The moments she'd come to cheer me up when I was feeling really lost. I had accepted an illegal job for Sarah back then. It was really weighing me down cause I was destined to become my father's heir in the organization we're in.

"Right," is all I could say at this point.

"Good. Now go ahead and take your revenge," aniya at binaba ang tawag. He always calls to check or visit to remind me of my goal, and I never once forget, never.

Binitawan ko ang phone ko at tumayo sa pagkakaupo sa couch and head to my room.

Pagbukas ko ng pinto, bumungad saan si Fliory.

My heart felt at ease. I know it's so fucked up not to tell her anything yet but I can't afford losing her the moment she knows. She will leave for sure.

Lumapit ako sa kama at humiga sa tabi niya. She wasn't facing my side so I hugged her from the back.

"Hmmmm." She moans. Umikot siya para yumakap din sa akin.

I smiled and stared at her for a while.

She's a very patient lady, understanding and confident. I like that. I like when she smiles because of me or when she smiles for me. I like that she's with me. I like that she stays even though she's basically blind about everything I do.

"I like you," I whispered out of nowhere in her ears before kissing her forehead.
