Sam finishes his break fast and smiles at Ray, which she returns. "That was delicious. Thank you for breakfast." he smiles at her and stands up from his bar stool.

"I'm glad you liked it." She says with a smile and gets up from her seat as well. Sam takes the plate out of her hand. She wants to protest, but he insists to clean the dishes.

He cleans the dishes and mugs after they both finished their coffee. "You know you didn't have to." she says softly.

"But I wanted to, since you already made breakfast. I could have at least cleaned the dishes." he smiles and squeezes her shoulder slightly.

She smiles as she feels his hand on her shoulder. "Okay." she says giving in.

Sam takes his hand away and she lets out a sigh, not wanting him to take his hand away. Sam enjoyed that little touch as well, smiling to himself as he thinks about it while he walks into his room to get changed for the run.

He opens his closet and takes out his joggers, socks, a warm hoodie and his walking shoes and gets changed.

Ray does the same in her room and they both walk out of their room at the same time. They look at each other and burst out laughing. "That was weird." Ray says and Sam nods, agreeing to her.

Sam grabs two small water bottles for them and gives one of them to Ray, smiling as he does so. Their hands brushing slightly, letting both of their hearts flutter at the small touch.

They smile at each other and leave their apartment and go for the run. They walk to their park for about 10 minutes and talk a bit on their way.

As they arrive, they start jogging. They both love this feeling, it gives them a feeling of being healthy. If you know, what I mean.

Ray smiles at Sam as they begin to jog, her hair tied up high, bouncing with her as she moves in sync with him.

She looks around the park and notices all the couples and families and little kids. It might've been a work day but people were still here.

She admires all of the families, she's always dreamed about finding the perfect man, getting married, having kids. But the only perfect man she can think of is Sam, and it would be too complicated if she confesses her feelings and he doesn't feel the same, she doesn't want to go through all that trouble just to hurt herself in the end.

As she thinks about her future she begins to wonder what Sam wants in his "Hey Sam?" She says softly.

He jogs next to her, keeping his pace so he's not too fast or too slow. He smiles at her as he hears her say his name, "Yes?" he says softly.

She thinks for a second "What do you think of getting married, having kids in the future?" She asks him.

She thinks over what she said and lets out a nervous laugh "N-not with me I meant with someone you love y'know?" She gives him a small smile and slaps herself internally but keeps her poker face on.

He smiles as he hears her ask him that, but feels a big pang in his chest as she says not with her. His smiles fades a bit and he tries to smile fully but can't.

"I-I talked about this with Dean yesterday." he lets out a small breath. "I'd love to have all these things." He says with an honest smile as he thinks about having those things with her.

She smiles and decides to tease him a little "So do you have anyone in mind? Someone to make little Sams with?" She says teasingly, even though she knows if he actually answers it'll hurt her.

She can't lie, she's worried he'll find someone one day, move out, leave her alone in an empty apartment because of another woman that's better than her. I mean of course she'd be happy for him, but the thought still stings.
