Chapter 41

A couple days later Jass is released from the hospital with Noah. She can't wait to be home, she just wants to be home with her husband and son. Dean feels the same way, he just wants to take his wife home and spend time with his baby boy.

As they're checking out of the hospital, Ray and Sam are in their apartment, decorating it and filling it with snacks so they can have a little get- together for Jass, Dean and now Noah. They both can't believe they have a nephew and they want to celebrate with him as much they can.

Once the couple checks out, they begin to drive home with their newborn, happier than they've ever been. Ray and Sam get Noah's nursery ready, making sure everything's good to go for Jass and Dean. They don't want them to work after such a tiring week.

"They should be home any minute now." Ray says as she walks out of the nursery with Sam, looking at her watch. Sam gives her a smile and pecks her lips. "Everything ready?" He asks and she nods. A couple moments later they hear footsteps outside of the apartment and the sound of keys dangling.

"That's them." Sam says and just as he speaks, Dean opens the door with Noah's bag in his hand as Jass carries Noah with her. Jass smiles at Noah as he is asleep in the maxi cosi and she's just happy to be finally home. She just wants to cuddle with her husband and have some private time with her son and husband without nurses coming in all the time.

Dean smiles at Jass as he opens their front door and lets Jass with Noah enter their home first. "I'm so happy to be finally home." Jass says quietly not wanting to wake Noah. "Me too baby." He says and kisses her cheek softly.

He takes his shoes and jacket off before he takes Noah out of her hands and lets her take off her shoes and jacket as well. They both walk out of the hallway and into the living room.

Jass looks up from Noah and smiles widely as she hears Ray exclaiming 'Surprise!', but still not too loud as Ray sees Noah asleep. Jass walks towards her and gives Ray a soft hug, "Thank you, but you didn't have to do this." Jass says a moment later as they pull away, kissing her cheek.

"But we wanted to, because you're my sister and I love you." Ray says softly and Jass smiles at her. "Thank you." Jass says one more time and she looks at Dean who's thanking Sam as well. Noah is sleeping in the maxi cosi which is standing on the coffee table.

She smiles at her son and takes him softly out of the maxi cosi and kisses his forehead softly. "Auntie Ray and Uncle Sam made a little welcome party to great you baby." She says softly and kisses his cheek.

Dean smiles at Jass and wraps his arm around her waist as he looks at Noah with a loving smile. Sam steps next to his wife and wraps his arm around her waist and all of them smile at Noah.

Noah wakes up as Jass caresses his cheek and he looks at all of them with his brown eyes smacking his lips after his sleep. Jass and Ray let out 'Aww's and Jass kisses his cheek softly.

Dean smiles at his son as he strokes his cheek softly. "Welcome home buddy." He says softly, making Jass' heart flutter as she gives him a loving smile.

Dean pecks her smiling lips, making Sam and Ray awe at the happy family. Ray plops down on the couch and smiles at the couple. "How does it feel to be home with Noah?" She asks softly with a smile as Sam sits down behind her.

Dean smiles at her as him and Jass sit down, with Noah in Jass' arms. "It feels amazing, I love the little guy so much." He says softly, his gaze shifting to Noah for a second.

Sam looks over at Noah and grins. "He's like a mini you, except that he has Jass' eyes and nose." He says, making Jass smile as she admires her son.

"He is a mini Dean." She says, emphasizing on 'is'. Dean chuckles softly and kisses his sons head softly, making Noah give him a toothless smile.

Jass' heart flutter as he gives them a little smile for the first time. "Baby you look beautiful when you laugh." Jass says softly and tickles his tummy making him coo softly.

She smiles at him as he does so and moves his hand a bit while he kicks his feet softly. Dean smiles at Noah and makes weird and funny faces, making Noah coo again. Jass feels her heart flutter at how much Dean loves him and she has her little family now.

"Do you want to hold your godson?" Jass asks Ray and Sam softly as she caresses Noah's cheek softly. He wraps his little hand around her finger and she smiles at him kissing his head softly.

Ray smiles softly at her and shakes her head, even though she wants to. "I'd love to, but you should enjoy your time with your son." She says softly and Sam nods in agreement.

Jass shakes her head 'no'. "I love him, but I'll have tons of time with him here at home. I want you to hold him." She says softly, making Ray smile at her as she slowly gives in.

"Alright fine." She says softly and holds her arms out as Jass gently hands her Noah, making Rays heart skip a beat as she feels her small nephew in her arms.

Sam looks over his wife's shoulder and pulls her closer to him as she cradles Noah in her arms. "Hey buddy." He says softly and strokes his cheek gently with his thumb, making Noah coo.

Jass and Dean sit down next to each side of Ray and Jass smiles at Noah. "This is your auntie Ray." Jass says softly looking at him. "And they already love you so much." Dean says softly and Sam and Ray smile at each other.

Sam kisses her head softly and he caresses Noah's cheek, which is so soft and smooth. Noah looks at Sam and he grabs one of his long finger wrapping his tiny hand around it as he coos.

Sam feels his heart flutter as he sees his nephew looking at him and Sam smiles happily at Noah. "Hey buddy, you're beautiful." Sam says and tickles his tummy with his free hand. Ray smiles at the sweet facial expression Noah makes in her arms.

Noah coos and moves his feet as Sam tickles him softly making all 4 of them smile. Noah stops looking at Sam and starts looking around them, taking his surrounding in.

Jass smiles at Dean and he smiles back. "This is your home now." Dean says softly as he looks back at Noah.

Noah looks at his father and reaches out for him, making Ray give him one last kiss on the head before handing him over. Dean smiles at his son and holds his son, cradling him.

Jass rests her head on Deans shoulder and runs her thumb over Noahs face softly. Noah looks at his mother and smacks his lips, making her smile.

But the peace doesn't take long because Noah starts crying which means he's hungry or need a diaper change. He hasn't eaten today, so he's hungry. Dean gives Noah to Jass and she tries to shush him.

She stands up and walks into the nursery closing the door softly behind her. She sits down in the rocking chair and unbuttons her blouse to let him eat. He immediately starts eating and Jass lets out a sighs of relief as he begins to eat, making her smile down at him.

She caresses his cheeks with her finger and lets him eat peacefully. She rocks the chair but looks at him that he doesn't doesn't fall asleep.

Noah eats peacefully and closes his eyes and Jass smiles lovingly at him, almost feeling herself tear up at the sight of Noah in her arms. He's the best thing that could have happened to them after all the things they have been through.

Dean knocks softly at the door of Noah's nursery and Jass looks up the door, smiling happily at Dean as he enters the room. He smiles lovingly at her and Noah as he knelt down next to her, kissing her and his forehead softly.

"You don't know how happy I am." Dean says as he admires his son eating peacefully and caresses his cheek gently. "And you don't know how happy I am." Jass says softly and kisses Dean's cheek sweetly.
