I can feel that Gray is really mad by the way he held my wrist tightly. I didn't even bother to pull my hand away dahil alam kong masasaktan lang ako kapag ginawa ko iyon. So I let him pulled me outside the room and I just followed him quietly.

If Gray didn't interrupted the talk that I had with Loki, I will really agree to become the bait. I just want Hunter to be out of danger. I mean, he served half of his life by finding the killers of his parents and doing EL Ordre's mission at the same time. I want him out of the brutality that he's doing.

But Gray made me realize that if something happens to me while doing what Loki wants, then Hunter wouldn't be able to take it. At ayokong iwanan sya. 'Cause I promise that I'll stay beside him.

"Did you really considered accepting Loki's offer, Artemis?"

I looked down and played with my fingers. Ayokong salubungin ang mga mata nya dahil pareho talaga sila ng kapatid nya. Feeling ko tuloy ay galit din si Hunter sa akin ngayon kapag tumitingin ako sa kanya.

"Hindi mo man lang inisip si Kuya! What will happen to him if something bad happens to you? You will ruin him, Artemis!"

Nag angat ako ng tingin sa kanya. I know that I have my mistakes but he doesn't have to shout at me! Baka marinig pa kami ni Hunter! Malalaman nya ang ginawa ko at magagalit sya!

"I already declined, Gray! Bakit ba nagagalit ka pa rin?! And for your information. I did it for Hunter 'cause I want him out of the game!"

"By having a deal with Loki? Artemis, parang nakipagkasundo ka na rin kay Satanas sa ginawa mo! He's a dangerous man! He can manipulate everything around him!"

"I know..." I said, keeping my voice low. Baka kasi marinig na kami ng mga tao sa ibaba. "I know that he's dangerous. I felt it earlier. Kahit nakikipag usap lang ako sa kanya, parang may nagsasabi sa akin na tumakbo nang palayo dahil delikadong tao sya."

And it's true. I don't know but Loki is emitting an aura that he's dangerous. I was nervous earlier but I tried to be brave for Hunter. Pero mahirap talagang ignorahin ang presenyang iyon ni Loki.

I wonder how can Daphne stayed with him for five years? Hindi nya ba naramdaman iyon? Or does Loki doesn't want Daphne to be afraid of him?

"Stay away from him, Artemis, and leave the game to us." he sighed and finally smiled at me. "Trust my Kuya. We can win this war. Tutulungan ko din naman sya, eh."

I smiled at him. Guess I have no choice but to leave this matter to the professionals. Hindi na din dapat ako makisali sa laro nila. Baka makagulo lang ako.

"Gray."

Pareho kaming napalingon ni Gray sa tumawag sa kanya at pareho rin yata kaming nanlamig nang makita si Hunter na nakatayo sa likod nya. His eyes were not showing any emotions as he turned his gaze to me.

"K-kuya! Kanina ka pa b-ba dyan?" Gray nervously asked and his grip on my wrist tightened. I am nervous as heck as well! Sana ay hindi nya narinig yung pinag usapan namin!

But Hunter looked down at Gray's hand on my wrist. Nakita ko ang pagtalim ng titig nya doon like he's throwing away daggers with just his looks.

"Grayson James, I told you to put your fucking hands off her." mahinanong sabi ni Hunter pero may diin ang bawat salita. Gray immediately let go of my wrist and scratched his eyebrow instead.

"Why are you here, Kuya?" Gray asked and I saw Hunter frowned. Nagpalipat-lipat ang tingin nya sa aming dalawa ng kapatid nya at kinabahan ako.

I am nervous as heck that I couldn't say anything. My heart beats so fast as I stared at Hunter who looked suspicious to Gray and me.
