THE MANUSCRIPT TRIBUNE - May 28. 2018.

The Black Death hath caused us much suffering indeed. Starting with the most repulsive black boils under the armpit and on the groin, thou shall experience vomiting and a foul fever in the morn. Could anything be more ghastly than this? Advice for the Poore souls infected by the unbearable disease, sanitation must be kept. Hath we kept clean, perhaps the disease hath not existed to 'tis vile state. The Undoing of this bedridding illness shall be very difficult indeed. Even our best healers are struggling.

It grieveth them and us, that we are being forced to undergo this terrible retribution, which hath left us of nothing but sorrow. Thou who have survived, escape to the Far Lands. You are not safe in this filthy and half-dead country. Thou who are surviving yet have no wish to leave, quarantine thyselves. Infecting thyselves will do us no good. In fact, more Harme will reach our pitiful land. What didst we do for this terrible punishment? Prithee, do tell. And, oh, Woe is us! for we hath been slowly killed off by the murderous disease that goes by 'tis name; The Black Death.
