The Night It All Went Wrong

Chapter 17: Day 2

I woke up to the girls still sleeping, so I decided to make breakfast and get ready. When the girls woke up they ate and then started to watch tv. Today was Saturday, day two, so I decided to take them on a walk and bring Tiger and Maggie along. Kylie loved Tiger so much that she held him in the stroller as we walked along the boardwalk. Lily and Kylie were so adorable today and it was pretty relaxing. As I was walking I saw Shane,

"Hey Lacey!" He said to me.

"Hey Shane." I replied

"Who are these cuties?" he said waving at the girls.

"I'm babysitting them."

"Ok cool, hey what's your name?" He asked Lily and then Kylie.

"They are mute." I said and feeling sad when I said it.

"Oh."

"Yeah, well I probably should get them some lunch, I'll see you later."

"Ok , bye Lacey". I waved bye and then walked towards the hotel. This isn't so hard watching two kids I just won't know what to do when it comes down to the baby. For lunch, which was at 2:15pm, I made Kylie a sandwich and Lily chicken noodle soup. I let them both take a nap, which ended up being four hours. When they woke up made this both chicken and noodle soup and let the watch tv until they fell asleep for the night. When they did I carried them to my bed and watched tv on the couch. Today was a short day but who knows what I have planned for tomorrow.
