Before I move ahead with this story, I just want to bring a few things into perspective.

1) JK & Jin were both in love with each other before Jin's marriage but they only professed much later not realising each others feelings.

2) It was inevitable for Jin & NJ to marry. They both resigned themselves to this since they knew they didn't have much choice in the matter. Their upbringing plays a big role here in their decision making.

3) Jin & NJ worked hard for their marriage to work; we will see evidence of this in later chapters

4) JK stayed away from Jin so he can be happy in his life. He never wanted to be a burden and cause for sadness in Jin's life but the heart wants what it wants and it's difficult to follow through on what your brain is telling you is right.

5) Jin & JK did not make love at the lake. There is a misconception amongst readers that they cheated. If they did, I would have put up a warning for it in the chapter.

6) Yes, after 7 years of knowing and loving each other, they still have deep love for one another. Jin will be saddened if he hears/ sees JK with another just as JK is when he watches NJ &Jin interact.

7) This is an angsty au and all my characters have more layers that will be revealed as the story progresses, so please don't be too harsh on our Jinnie. There is much more heartache for him to endure.

8) With regards to Jin & NJ's marriage; yes they do have a physical love. There are many different types of love. This is normal with any married couple but that does not mean they are in love. Also, they have worked to make the marriage a success, and sex is a big part of that. We have yet to understand NJ as well.
