"(Y/n)? (Y/n)!" Inuyasha yelled loudly at the world as you cease to appear before him. He clawed at the Earth that was underneath you just a few seconds ago. Beating his fingers into the ground with hate and anger. Why did you have to leave? Why did you leave and not take him with you? He asked you. He begged you to take him along, yet here he is. Alone.

You left alone in the world once again. The world that he said he didn't want to be apart of without you. The only thing that held the poor boy would be the thin thread made from the promise you made. You will return to him. Nothing could tell him that what you said was a lie. It could've been, only time can tell now.

He was about to lay down and rest. It has been a hectic day. One that he just wants to sleep away and just forget how much pain he had endured. He wanted to curl up and just pretend that this was just a dream. One that he would soon enough awake from. He just wanted you. Was that too much to ask for?

"Inuyasha? Hey, come on. Let's go home." Small hands came and pulled him a bit. His eyes peeked and made eye contact with Kagome. He didn't want to see her. "Go away." His little whimper was overlooked, as she and Miroku lifted him onto Kirara's back to take him back to the village. "Inuyasha, did you see her?" Sango felt brave, at least to ask the question that everyone is wondering. It just might be bravery or maybe it was the tiredness that was taking over.

"Yeah. Yeah, I saw her. She still left." No more. Inuyasha didn't want to talk about this anymore. He leaned forward and slumped onto her back and blacked out.

You had just gotten back a few pieces of your memory. You knew he was important. 'Is'. He is important. But deep done in your heart you knew that what you had to do was a priority. You don't understand why but this must be done. "Daisuke. I...I am not sure what I need to do." The look that he gave you was sincere. He knows how hard this was going to be. He tried his best to get you out of it, to allow you to live your life in peace. When if it was with the Half-breed, as long as you are happy, he didn't mind what you did. But duty calls, and you were the only one that could answer that call.

"Listen, Milady. Your mother wants you to do a few," a lot. "Things to ensure the stability of this planet." He hated the bull he had to feed you. Your mother wants you to take everything under control to rule this floating piece of rock. It is nothing of goodwill that is driving her. What he hated the most is the fact that she is making you do all of the work. Making you the bad guy when all you truly want to do is just to live in harmony.

"Okay? So, how do I do that exactly?" You knew that you had to do a bunch of things but in specific you didn't know not one thing that you need to work on. "Well how about we all go have a small talk with the Eastern Lord and Lady see what we can do from there. Sound good?" You did not have anything clue why they would have the answers to your predicament. But what other option did you have? At this point, whatever Daisuke said sounds final. Not that you have the energy to go against it. "Fine. But first, I need a change of clothes." He moved over to swing you onto his back.

"Yes, Milady. Anything else?" He wouldn't admit it but having you back felt refreshing. Nothing would ever beat being around you. This was a blessing he would like to have forever.

You took a brief moment to think about what exactly you need to feel full. At least like you weren't missing anything or anyone. What was something that you needed? At a time like that. As childish as it may sound, you needed a hug. A hug that enveloped you warmly and sweetly. In strong arms that were secured, sturdy. Ones that had a familiar feel to them. You needed a hug from him. The person who you abandoned like if he was worthless, not someone to be bothered with.

You felt pained by this. Why did you leave him? Why couldn't you stay with him? Forget that this was even happening and just be there to love him. To care for him as you know he would do the same for you.

You need to finish this and go back to him. Do what that Lady wanted and return to him. Apologize for the rest of your life and do everything in your power to make him happy.

"Milady?" You snapped out of your mind and focused on Daisuke as he beckoned your attention to him. "You okay?"

"Yes." You smacked your face on his shoulder gently. "Was that all?" He asked again to make sure he wasn't missing anything.

"My sword. I need my sword."
