I woke up the next morning in my tent. I sat up and groaned as I placed a hand on my forehead. There was no one around. I got out of my bed and walked outside. The moment everyone saw me they cheered, "it worked" Adam spoke as I looked at him, "your plan worked" Blake spoke as I smiled, Ghira walked up and patted me on the back. "You know Blake..." I started as I looked at the faunus who were celebrating. "I could use a general like you...someone to train guards, help me with plans..." I spoke as she looked at me, "Y/n?" she asked, "someone who doesn't run away from danger...and protects her friends" I spoke as she smiled at me and nodded. "Great..." I smiled as I looked at the faunus, "what now?" Adam asked as I sighed, "now, we go home..." I said, "seeing as someone has a crowning ceremony to get to" Ghira spoke as I looked at him.

~Time skip to Menagerie~

I sighed as I stared at myself in the mirror, today was the day I was being crowned queen of the Faunus. I got up from my seat, I turned and saw my parents. I rubbed my eyes thinking I was seeing things. I reached out to them but my hand went through them. "We're so proud of you" my mother spoke as tears filled my eyes, "this is who you're meant to be..." my father spoke as he touched my wings. Turning them back into my original wings but I knew they were faster, bulletproof, waterproof and I could use the feathers as weapons. They both gave me a kiss on my forehead and then disappeared. I sighed as my wings rested against my dress.

I walked down the red carpet that led to Ghira as he smiled, apparently, after my parents died, he took care of the crown. My friends were lined up beside him Qrow just stared at the ground, I stopped on the steps and kneeled down. Ghira placed the crown on my head.

"Welcome home...my queen" he spoke as I rose, I turned to look at the faunus who all clapped and bowed. I glanced over at my friends and saw they were bowing as well. Qrow had walked off. After that, there was a little party, I managed to slip away because I was being overwhelmed. I was against a wall and let out a silent sigh. I looked up and saw Qrow leaning over a balcony, he let out a sigh, I went to walk up to him but saw Tai walk up to him instead. I didn't move from out of the darkness. "Qrow, there you are. What are-...oh" he spoke as I grew confused. "I got it for her before the big fight...the day before Zero and his nieces summoned the goliath" Qrow spoke as he looked at something in his hand, 'what is it?' I cocked my head to the side. "You gonna ask her?" Tai spoke, "no, she's a queen...I'm sure the faunus wouldn't like their queen marrying a human. I let out a silent gasp, Tai's eyes met mine, he just smirked and looked back at Qrow. "That's true...but it doesn't matter if they're happy with it or not...what matters, is if she's happy with it" Tai patter Qrow on the back and then walked inside. Qrow sighed and put something in his pocket. "Yeah, but her people should be happy too..." he whispered as he stood on the balcony and jumped off. I ran to the edge and watched as flew away. "Qrow..." I whispered as he grew smaller and smaller into the distance. "Aunt Y/n?" Ruby spoke as I sighed and looked at her.

"What is it Rosebud?" I asked as she walked up to me, "what are you doing?" she asked as I looked off in the direction Qrow flew in. "Nothing...hey, promise me you'll come to visit me yeah?" I asked her as she smiled. "Duh!" she exclaimed, "Ruby! Come on!" Yang shouted as Ruby ran back inside.
