There is  knock on the door and Remington opens it nervously. He feels ugly, under dressed. He's just so tired and it's such an effort to put on eye shadow or spike up his hair.

Andy is as handsome as ever. "You ready?" He asks, standing in the doorway.

Remington nods. "Yeah," he says, "see you later,  Sebastian!" He calls, and steps out of the house. "You look nice," he comments, "sorry I didn't make more of an effort."

The blue eyed man opens the car door for Remington. "Shush, you're beautiful. Now, do you like Indian food?"

The boy smiles. "I love Indian," he says enthusiastically.

Andy gets in the driver's side and stars the car. "You took your pills, didn't you?"

Remington can't help but to laugh. "Yes, I took my pills," he confirms.

The two arrive at the restaurant and are shown to a pretty table by a large window. They order a bottle of wine and then Andy talks. "I've missed you," he says, sincere.

Remington sighs. "I've missed you," he returns, "there's not much to miss about me, though, I'm a fucking mess. I don't know why you're still around." There's no point hiding how he's feeling.

"I don't care what state you're in, sweetheart, I'll always be around." The waiter comes back with the wine and pours the red liquid into the glasses.

The younger sips the alcohol. "I saw you got a new bassist for Black Veil Brides, Lonny, is it?" He's keen to change the subject. Talking about himself makes him uncomfortable.

Andy nods. "Yeah, Ashley wants to work on solo stuff and Lonny is a good friend of mine so it worked out well." The man can see that Remington is not happy talking about their relationship. Why's that?

"I bet that really bummed out the people who were Andley shippers, didn't it?" He asks, and chuckles.

The blue eyed man laughs. "Oh, they'll carry on shipping us, I'm sure." He sips the wine and opens a menu. "Do you wanna get something to share? They have a sharing platter for two." He shows Remington the menu and the boy reads it quickly and then nods. He isn't really that hungry. He never is anymore. That's just another side effect of his pills.

They order their food and conversation eases up as the evening goes on.

After the meal Remington suggests he goes back to Andy's place for a bit, since it isn't that late.

At the man's house, they play a game of scrabble and drink more wine, finding it way too funny when Andy knocks his glass on the floor and the red liquids soaks into the carpet. They haphazardly try to clean it up with tissues and end up rolling around in a fit of laughter.

It's the most Remington has laughed in months.

By midnight they're both drunk on wine and spelling out rude words with the scrabble pieces as though they're teenage boys.

Remington ends up on Andy's lap and the two kiss. Neither of them are sure whether this would have happened if alcohol hadn't been involved.

It probably wouldn't have.

They are in bed by two in the morning.

Andy falls asleep after twenty minutes of so, but Remington can't.

He feels unsettled, alert. He wants to go home.

The boy sneaks out of the room and down the stairs. He's still drunk and he'simping badly.

He finds his phone and calls Sebastian.

"Remington, you do know its three in the morning, right?" His voice is low, tired. The phone woke him up.

The boy feels guilty. "I know, I'm sorry."

Sebastian senses the fear in his brother's voice and sits up in bed. "No no, it's alright. What's wrong?"

Remington sits in the corner of the room, suddenly terrified. He hugs his knees to his chest. "Can you come and get me?" He asks quietly, shaking. Why is this happening? He was so happy just an hour ago and now he's about to have a panic attack. Again.

The older brother gets out of bed and pulls on a shirt. "Yeah, of course. Are you at Andy's place?" He blindly gets on some trousers.

"Yeah," Remington practically whispers, and wipes tears away. When did he start crying? "Please don't hang up, I'm scared." He feels so vulnerable, so breakable. So scared.

Sebastian runs down the stairs and picks up a random pair of shoes, talking into the phone at the same time. "I'm not going anywhere. You're okay. I'm leaving the house now." He closes the door behind him and unlocks the car.

The boy is really shaking now. He can't hold the phone still. "Why is this happening to me?"

The man starts the car. He puts the phone on speaker and Remington whimpers into the phone. He sounds terrified. "You're okay," he says calmly, "I'm nearly there, you're okay."

Remington heaves a breath. "It hurts," he mumbles, "everything hurts."

"I'm pulling up in the drive now, can you come outside?" He pulls the key from the ignition and gets out the car.

The poor boy gets to his feet and finds his shoes by the front door. "I'm coming," he says, "think I'm gonna faint." He struggles with the lock on the door and eventually gets it open, stumbling out of the house and falling into his brother's waiting arms.

Sebastian ends the call and takes Remington's phone from his hand before he drops it. He helps him into the car. "Did you have a nightmare?" The man leans over and plugs the boy in, seeing as the younger's hands are shaking so much.

Remington shakes his head. "Couldn't sleep," he mumbles, leaning back in the seat and closing his eyes. "Sorry for making you come and get me, I was scared."

Sebastian shakes his head. "Stop apologising," he says, "you are not to blame for any of this."

"But why does it feel like it's all my fault?"
