The Fiery One | Fast and Furious [Dominic Toretto]

             "It's okay, sister. It's just me" Giselle said watching me as I put the gun on the counter with a sigh.

"How did you get in?" I asked her.

She shook her head dismissing my question with a wave, "Wasn't really that hard, anyways I'm not here for chit chat, I just came to warn you, it's not safe to go tomorrow"

I scoffed shaking my head, "I know what I'm getting myself into"

She pursed her lip, "You didn't change Hailey, you don't listen to anyone but yourself"

I sighed getting the hint she was throwing, "I did what I had to do to protect you"

She furrowed her eyebrows, "By lying? By not telling me the truth of what you were doing? Of where the money came from?"

I shrugged, "It seemed like the only option back then and it's not like I was going to tell you that I am a criminal"

"I bet that's what happened between you and Toretto, you did what you're good at. Lying, that's why he left, right?" She said.

I stared at her, "You know nothing about what happened between me and Dom. I'm not going to apologize for doing what I did to protect my little sister" I said with a frim tone.

She scoffed at my words, "And what a great job you've done"

She got up getting ready to leave as her back was turned to me, "I never wanted this life for you, Giselle"

With her back still turned to me she said, "It's too late for that, don't you think?"

The next day, I woke up to the sound of the GPS buzzing as it was downloading the data coordinates I rushed out of bed quickly getting ready for the job.

As I was speeding with my car missing traffic all over the way my phone rang, "Yeah" I answered now clutching the wheel with one hand.

"That's the third traffic in less than three blocks slow it down, Campell" Penning warned.

I hanged up smirking, "Sure thing, Dad" going faster than before.

I slowed down when I reached the place we're supposed to meet at, going into some type of garage seeing Campos and his men.

I looked to my right to find Dom already there, but then I saw Capos' men holding bug detector to the cars, I acted coolly trying not to draw any attention as tried to get the bug disconnected.

They were getting closer but the cover wouldn't budge so I yanked it really hard and threw the bug into the NOS can, relaxing into my seat as they used the detector as I looked to my right I realized that Dom was watching me from his side  mirror, I winked at him relaxing in my seat as the detector didn't buzz.

They opened a truck and ushered us to go inside it with our cars after a little while, we were all parked in the truck and I felt it moving.

I had no idea where we were going so I checked my phone for a signal, but there wasn't any honestly there was a lot on my mind between the job, Dom and Giselle.
