Next day.

"Nathan, I'll give ya a hand with lunch!" I called and came running up to him.

"Sure." He grinned at me.

"Smells good." I peeked at what he was making. "Is this roast beef?"

"Yeah, today's lunch is roast beef sandwich." He nodded, and continued to work.

"It'd be perfect if we had gravy." I laughed.

"We do," he said, pulling out a small bowl of it.

"You have everything! Its like you're magic." I giggled, but he looked away.

Oh, is he shy?

He handed me a plate with roast beef on it and I took a bite.

"Yummy." I smiled at him.

"Ya got the gravy all around yer mouth. Ya really are like a kid." He took out a rag and wiped it away. "But I fell in love with that kid."

He looked straight at me.

"What do ya like about Eduardo?" he asked.

"Dunno. Everything." I felt uncomfortable talking with him about this. "I can't explain it except that the cells all over my body are screaming for him."

"Cells... I can't compete with that." He patted my head and smiled brightly at me. "He's a nice guy.. be happy together."

"Thomas, ya back!" Cap shouted.

"Yes! Thank ya, Captain, everyone!" He looked down, blushing.

"Entertainment district..." He seemed to be thinking. "Dude! Lets hit the town and have a welcome back party fer Thomas!"

"Yer outta yer mind!" Russell shook his head. "We gotta get the treasure before the Rika does, hello?"

"I see whatcha mean.. but the Skull is an uninhabited island." He had his mind set. "We gotta get t' town t' stock up on food 'n water."

He definitely wants to go to the Entertainment district...

"Man, Captain has t' do whatever he wants t' do." Russell was still annoyed.

"But, its true! We're runnin' outta food 'n water." Thomas shrugged.

"Ya know.. its pretty hard t' get t' the town," Russell mumbled. "And its pretty damn hot."

Nobody denied that, we were all dripping with sweat.

"Aye, there's a lake over there!" Captain announced.

Oooh, its nice and cold.

Fuzzy and I rolled up our clothes and played in the water.

"The men're all half naked," she whispered, giggling. "Its a feast fer my eyes."

Thomas and Russell were splashing at each other while Morgan and Doc argued about whether or not to stop by a bar.

"Where're Master Eduardo and Nathan?" She asked, leaning slightly toward the cove to hear their conversation.

"Fuzzy, are we eavesdroppin'?" I pulled at her arm a little.

"What's wrong with that? Who cares."

I don't think we should eavesdrop...

"That was cause yer father knew his son was on board, right?" Nate said firmly. "Eduardo, ya got no hatred against yer father anymore?"

"...No, I've been misunderstandin' him all my life." I could hear the pain behind his words and it caused my heart to crack.
