l65l Are You Or Are You Not A...?

"I'm not angry with you," you tell Kei as you drink the drink he bought for you. You were both walking side to side.

"Wait, you weren't?" he asks as he stops walking. You stop and look at him and smile as you take another sip. You shake your head.

"I never was," you tell him.

"But, you..." Kei says as he tries to progress the whole thing.

"I wanted to give it a try. I always see how the girls get angry at there boyfriend for not telling them something like that and it either ends up into a whole fight or something adorable and you're my first ever boyfriend so I wanted to try it out but I wasn't going to keep this act for such a long time as I didn't want any trouble with you," you explain.

"You were teasing me," he says and you nod with a smile. Kei walks closer to you and grabs your hair gently and messes it up, "You seriously worried me," he says as he messes up your hair while you let out a laugh.

"Kei! Stop," you tell him as you try to get his hand off your hair which he does. You look at him and your hair is messed up, "Looks what you did, now my hair is messed up," you tell him, not really caring if it's messed up or not.

"You deserve it," he tells you. "I seriously thought you were angry with me," he tells you as you fix your hair gently which wasn't really that hard as your hair is short.

"I wouldn't get angry about something like that," you tell him, "It's not like you were hiding this from me. The conversation just neer happened and you just forgot to mention it. It's nothing. You were going to tell me at some point, right?" you ask him.

"Yeah, I was," he says as he was glad that you were understanding.

"Plus, I would only get angry if you were trying to hide something very important from me but that would take a lot of skill," you tell him and he smiles.

"Because of your reading ability. Are you sure you're not some superhero who can read minds?" he asks you which made you laugh.

"Yeah, I would know or find out about it. I'm really good at doing that so as long as you don't go behind my back to do something you're not supposed to do like cheat---"

"I would never do something like that," he tells you as he interrupts you, not wanting you to even think for a second that he would do something like that.

You look at him and smile as you can see that he's telling the truth, that he means it. "I believe you but if you ever want to leave me like break up--"

"I wouldn't," he says as he interrupts you once again which made you smile as he was eager to make you believe that he wouldn't leave you or even break up with you but you can't believe in his words.

He says this now but what about later? You're both just sixteen, you both know barely anything about love or relationship. Nothing ever goes like in the movies. What if he changes his mind in the future?

What if he decides that he can't take any of this anymore? 

There's a part of you that wants to believe in forever but is there such thing?

You smile gently.

It doesn't matter. You're here with him now and you're going to enjoy this time, who knows when you'll get another chance like this. He's your first boyfriend.

"If you do, do it in person instead of going behind my back, okay?" you ask him and he nods knowing that you want a response from him. "Alright, so tomorrow is a school day for you and a workday for me so let's enjoy our time together," you tell him and he nods with a smile as he takes your hand with his.
