Audrey's POV
"So what are the teams?" Lisa asks as we wait for the laser tag people to open up
We're doing a team bonding thing today before we have one final training tomorrow before the international window happens and we're at an arcade.
The first thing we're doing is playing laser tag.
"I CALL AUDREY." Daan shouts and jumps on my back.
"ME TOO." Leah says and jumps towards me so I catch her with my left arm
"ME THREE." Jordan shouts then she jumps towards me so I catch her with my right arm.
"Okay hold up." Kim says. "How the hell are you holding up three people?"
"Uh muscle?" I say.
"I mean Audrey does have nice muscles." Daan says.
"Can we hurry up and decide teams please?" I question.
Kim nods then we all split up into a red team, a blue team, a green team, and yellow team.
My team is the red team and it includes Daan, Leah, Jordan, Katie, and Jessie.
After we split up into our groups we put on the sensor vest, grab the guns, head to our base, then talk tactics.
"Alright so I say we split up into two's." Leah says. "Obviously I'm going with Jordan."
"Mine." Jessie says and latches onto Katie.
"Guess that means you're left with me Daan." I say.
"Sweet." Daan says and smiles.
A second later the buzzer sounds so Daan and I take off down the left path.
"Audi I see someone." Daan says.
"Where?" I question then I see a flash of blue in front of us. "Never mind."
Daan and I duck down behind a barrier then we wait for the blue vest to pop up.
"Do you see it?" I question, but Daniëlle doesn't get a chance to respond.
"I SEE YOU." Lisa yells.
Daan and I peek over the barrier and see Lisa and Viv looking in the wrong place. My crush and I look at each other, roll our eyes, pop out from behind the barrier, and shoot the couple's sensors.
"FUCK." Lisa yells then she and Viv march back to their base.
Daan and I high five then we move forward until we see a flash of yellow, but we don't get time to shoot because we get shot.
"Fuck." I say then look behind me
Kim waves then she runs away.
"Come on Audi." Daan says and grabs my hand then she leads me back to base.
I'm really glad the room is dark because if it wasn't then Daan could see me blushing.
Once back at base me and Daan stand for the ten second allotment then we get back to the game.
The rest of the 20 minute game Daan and I are only shot once more, but we shoot everyone else who isn't our teammates.
After the game ends everyone heads back to the lobby to check the scores.
"WE WIN." Katie shouts.
"You mean Audrey and Daan won." Lisa says and points to the scores. "You guys were carried."
I look up to the scoreboard and see I got 34 kills, Daan got 32 kills, and both of us only died twice. The rest of our team died a lot and none of them had more than 12 kills.
"It was a team effort." I say. "But now that the games over let's go eat."

"Alright ladies great Job today." Joe says after we've finished training. "Those of you going on international duty I'll see you when you come back while the rest of you I'll see on Monday."
Joe and the coaching staff leave then myself and the rest of the team help put up the stuff we used for training. Once everything is put up we all start walking down to the locker rooms we use at the training facility.
"AUDI WAIT FOR ME." Daan shouts then I hear her running.
I stop to wait for my best friend on the team to catch up, but I'm caught off guard when someone jumps on my back and wraps their legs around me.
"Okay you can walk now." Daan says then she rests her chin on my head
I chuckle at the Dutchwoman's antics then continue walking to the locker room.
"Comfortable Daan?" Katie asks.
"Mhmm." Daan says.
"How about you Audi?" Jordan asks.
"I'm fine." I say and smile.
"How come you never give me a piggy back ride?" Leah questions with a pout.
"Because you're taller than me?" Jordan says.
"So." Leah says then she jumps on Jordan's back.
This causes Jessie to jump on Katie's back as well as Lisa to jump on Viv's back.
I chuckle at the whipped girlfriends then continue walking to the locker room.
When we get to the locker room Daan gets off my back then I sit down in my locker.
"When do you fly out?" Daan asks as she sits on my lap.
"Tomorrow." I say as I wrap an arm around her instinctively.
"Who do you play?"
"France, Australia, and Germany." I say.
"Daan go get your shower." Kim says.
"Okay." Daan mumbles then she gets off my lap.
Daan grabs her shower stuff then she heads through the bathrooms to the shower.
"Is it normal for her to sit on your lap like that?" Viv asks.
"Yeah." I say and shrug. "She does it all the time when she comes over for dinner."
"And how often is that?" Lisa asks.
"Almost everyday." I admit.
"You like her don't you?" Leah questions and I nod.
"Why don't you ask her on a date?" Jordan asks as I hear the last of the girls finish showering
"There's no point." I say as I gather my shower stuff. "There's no way in hell a women like her would go out with someone like me."
Once I've collected all my shower stuff I slip on my shower shoe's, which are Chaco's, and I head to the shower then I wash all the training sweat off my body.
"Don't think we didn't see you sending heart eyes at Audrey." Jordan says causing me to stop washing myself.
"Was it that obvious?" Daan asks.
"Very." Leah says. "Do you have feelings for her Daan?"
"Yes." Daan says.
Well fuck me I must be dreaming.
