Allows Ryou to predict oncoming events that are gonna happen which he can avoid

-Energy transfer
He can transfer Psychoframe energy and Minovsky particles into objects to enhance it

Weapons:

Name: Psycho Stream

Ability: You can transfer psychoframe energy and Minovsky particles to your sword which enhances the sword causing it to deal quintuple the amount of damage

Name: Silver Chariots (Yes, I did make a Jojo reference for these two guns)

Ability:

Same goes for the guns that are applied to the sword, but with a twist. If psychoframe energy is transferred, it'll make it feel like the bullet was shot out of a  .50cal sniper rifle. But if Minovsky particles is transferred, it will essentially increase the fire rate of the guns and heal people.
