I waited at the library for (Y/n) for what felt like hours and even thought it had only been 10 minutes I was concerned. She was always here on time and most of the time she was also here during the day. I sigh and after 30 minutes past I realized she probably wasn't coming. My heart plummeted and sunk to the pit of my stomach as I felt a strange stinging in my chest. I clench my jaw so hard and so long it starts to hurt. I stand from my chair. Feet walking to the door and hands grabbing the nob before twisting and leaving the library.
I immediately thought about yesterday how she may have ditched because she didn't enjoy herself but she looked like she was having fun. I huff softly and searched my phone. I scroll until I spot Denki's contact but then I remember yesterday he shattered his screen and the back of his phone. Not to mention it fell in a puddle. He won't have another one for at least a week. I put my hands over my face and decide not to talk to any one. I'll just get something from a food truck near by and then go home...
I wonder why really happened. Why she couldn't be here today...
