2005
"Momma I'm gonna go see Travis real quick when I come back I'll be ready to go." Justice told her mother while gathering her things to leave out of the house. "Okay tell him I said hi and make sure that your back in forty five minutes we have a reservation."
"Ard momma love you." Justice walked to the mirror in the living room and made sure she looked right. "Ouu I'm a hot bitch!" She smiles at herself and walked out the door and got into her car. She turned the radio on and pulled off.
And over and over I tried
Yet over and over you lied
Gettin' over and over my pride, yeah
I don't know whyRain on me
Lord, won't you take this pain from me
I don't wanna live, I don't wanna breathe"I love you Ashanti I do but it's my birthday and I don't wanna be depressed." Justice said as she turned that song off and turned to another song.
I gotta shake you off
'Cause the loving ain't the same
And you keep on playing games
Like you know I'm here to stay
I gotta shake it off"Oh fuck no turn this shit off too!" Justice has always had a strong dislike for Mariah Carey. Every time she heard any of her songs she turned them off or if she met someone with the name Mariah she didn't bother to get to know them.
Won't you come over and check up on it (after I work it, baby, you're mine)
I'ma let you work up on it
Ladies let 'em check up on it, watch it while he check up on it (all mine, all mine)
Dip it, pop it, twerk it, stop it, check on me tonight"Ouu boy- wow the songs over great." The next song that played made her smile and bop her head to the beat.
Down, like a real man's supposed to
I never would've approached you
If I ain't have intentions on doing good
See, dude you wit is so fooled
To me, girl, you're so cool
And all I'm asking you to do is (Let me hold you)She listened to the rest of the song and when she pulled up to Travis's job she texted him and told him she was outside. When he walked out of the door he stood and looked for car, when he found it they locked eyes and both smiled. When he got in the car he wasted no time and kissed her.
"Happy birthday baby." He said as they pulled away. "Thank you." She said blushing and pulling at her ear. "Why do you always do that?" Travis asked laughing.
"Do what?" She asked confused. "Pull at your ear when someone compliments you."
"I don't know it's a habit and I honestly don't realize I do it. Enough about that... why did I have to come here?"
"You didn't wanna come see your man?"
"Of course I did, I missed you Trav." He grabbed her hand and kissed it. "I missed you too...you're here because I want to give you something." Travis was staring into Justice's eyes and biting his lip. Justice shook her head no once she realized what he wanted.
"No not in the parking lot of your job! No we can wait till tonight."
"No we both want it now come on we can go around back and your windows are tinted, but if we're going to do anything I only have twenty minutes left of my break." She thought about it for a minute and started her car up and went around back. The song playing on the radio ironically was their song making the moment even better.
I ain't never had nobody show me all the things that you can show me
And the special way I feel when you hold me
We gone always be together baby that's what you told me
And I believe it
'Cause I ain't never had nobody do me like you"Come here." Travis whispered and Justice crawled into his lap. Justice's phone started to ring causing them both to jump up and look at the time. "Oh shit! We've been back here for almost and hour!" Travis jumped up and practically tossed Justice to the side.
"Baby I have to go, hopefully I don't get fired. I'll call you later I love you."
"I love you too." Justice said and fixed herself before she got back into her seat and called her mother back. "Justice didn't I tell you to be back in forty five minutes!"
"Yes mama but Travis surprised me with lunch and we lost track of time I'm in the car though I'm not far."
"Hurry up! We're taking my car so when you get here park and get in my car." Justice didn't respond she just hung up. When she pulled up to the house her mother was walking outside. Justice jumped out of the car and ran to her mother's car.
"If I say forty five minutes, I mean forty minutes." Was the first thing she said to Justice after being in the car for ten minutes. "Yes mama." Justice turned the music up and the song that was playing was one of the most beautiful things she had ever heard.
How can I be strong I've asked myself
Time and time I've said
That I'll never fall in love with you again
So here we are alone again'
Didn't think it'd come to this
And to know it all began
With just a little kiss
I've come too close to happiness
To have it swept away
Don't think I can take the pain
No never fall againAs the song kept going Justice was in a trance until the song was cut off. "Hey ma what's your problem why'd you turn that off? That song was good."
"That song was trash you don't need to listen to that."
"I've never heard it before is it new? Who sings it?"
"Don't worry about it." Justice's mother turned to another station and the another song that intrigued Justice started playing.
Un-break my heart, oh baby
Come back and say you love me
Un-break my heart, sweet darlin'
Without you I just can't go on
Can't go onThat song was short lived because Justice's mother had turned that off as well.
"Ma what is wrong with you? That song was good... it was better then good it was amazing she sung that song with so much emotion it's like her heart is actually broken."
"Look just sit there and shut up!" Justice's mother was so focused on cussing out Justice that she wasn't paying attention to the rode. A bright white light caught Justice's attention and when she looked she screamed at her mother.
"MA!" By then it was to late and their car went rolling, five times it rolled until it landed on the roof. Justice couldn't hear, see, or feel anything. The sound from the crash caused everyone that lives on the street to come outside. They saw the two cars destroyed and called the police and ambulance.
Everyone involved in the crash was taken to the hospital and treated immediately, unfortunately someone died.
