After I said what I had to say to Toni's family I stormed out of the room but Toni followed behind me. When I got outside and reached the car Toni ran to open mommy's door tried to pull her out of the car.

"Janet get out." Mommy pulled away from Toni and looked at her like she was crazy. "Toni what the hell is wrong with you?!"

"Nothings wrong with me but clearly there's something wrong with you." Mom rolled her eyes and got back on her phone but Toni grabbed her phone and threw it on the ground.

"TONI! What the fuck!" Mommy jumped out of the car to pick her phone up but it was no use the phone was destroyed. "Toni really!"

"So you can get out of the car for a phone but not for me."

"Bitch you just tried to pull me out of the fucking car it's a difference! What the fuck do you want?"

"You're always running Janet you never want to confront the problem." Mommy whipped her neck around so fast I could've sworn she got whiplash.

"Toni seventeen years ago I confronted the situation and nothing changed! They continuously sit and talk about me like I'm the scum at the bottom of their shoe and you always allow the shit to happen. Like you take up for me when it's a stranger on the street, but that shit don't matter because I've been experiencing that since I was seven. But when it comes to your fucked up family you can't do the same."

"My fucked up family?!" Mommy moved closer towards Toni and got in her face. "Yes you dumbass you sit here and defend them on a daily basis when none of them have truly been there for you over the years! I've been there picking up pieces of your heart putting them back together after they've broken it."

"Yeah I see your quiet now because you know I'm telling the truth. It's like your scared to love me in front of them." Mommy's voice started trembling.

"Like your scared they'll love you less because you love me... if you didn't love me you should've just let me go about my life." Mommy started crying but she didn't turn away she kept talking.

"You need to choose cause I promise you if I leave you'll never see me or my baby again, I promise you." She looked down at what ever was left of her phone and threw it as far as she could.

"We need a break I'll take Justice to go meet my family and when we come back I hope your priorities are straight... or your things are out of my house." She walked around to the drivers side and looked at Toni long and hard before she got in. I walked over to the passengers side but Toni grabbed me.

"Justice." I pulled away from her and shook my head. "Justice!" I got in the car and Mommy drove off.
