When we got out I texted mom so she could come and get me. "My mother's on her way to get me she'll be here in five minutes she said she was already over this way."

"How old is he?"

"You just turned seventeen he turned seventeen two years ago."
"But his birthday already passed so at least he's not about to turn twenty." I looked over at her and she started driving again dismissing me. "Just be careful Justice."
"He's not even like that momma I promise you." She looked out of the rear view mirror then back at me. "I said the same thing to my mother about Toni."
"You good ma?" She shook her head no. "No I'm not good my marriage is shit and I think I have to to throw up." She pulled over to the side of the road and when she opened the door everything came up.

"It's too late for that." I made sure not to look over there because if I did I would've threw up all over her. "You know when you going to be done?"
"I t-think I'm done." I rolled my window down and covered my nose. "What did you eat?"
"A lot since you've been gone but besides the point I need to hurry home."
"Home like home home or hotel home." She let out a deep breath. "I honestly don't know when I'm going back especially after today since she still doesn't understand the true problem."
