10| Will You Marry Me?

Toni and Cheryl watched as the king and queen scrambled around to prepare for the wedding.

The ring in Toni's pocket was burning a hole in it.

The king and queen had given Toni a ring to propose to Cheryl.

It's been 3 weeks since their date and they've been getting much closer, romantically.

They have been on even more dates than their first one. Toni took her to the ice cream shop out of Riverdale that everyone has been talking about, took her to the sweetwater river for a swim. But to top it off, Toni gave her a diamond necklace.

Cheryl was having the time of her life. She knew that she was falling in love with Toni, but it was scary because at the same time she didn't.

"This wedding has to be perfect. It's her first one." Clifford tried to whisper to the designer, but both girls heard him.

Toni chuckled, nudging Cheryl's side. Cheryl glared at her as a blush crept onto her face.

"You're always blushing." Toni pointed out with a laugh, wrapping her arm around Cheryl's waist.

Cheryl rolled her eyes, kissing Toni's cheek, "Shut up." She said.

Toni laughed, looking over at Clifford, who gave her the go-ahead.

Toni cleared her throat, "uh, come with me to the garden?" Toni asked.

Cheryl quirked a brow, "Since when do you love gardens?" Cheryl teased. Toni rolled her eye playfully, "Just... Just come on." Toni said, gently pulling Cheryl into the yard, stealing a glance at Clifford who gave her a 'good luck' smile.

The girls entered the yard, Toni stopped at the red roses.

"What are we even doing out here?" Cheryl asked, looking at all the flowers.

Toni was super nervous. She has never ever proposed to anyone. Toni cleared her throat, swallowing the lump in it.

"Well, I have a important question to ask, and I felt a bit under pressure asking it in front of your dad," Toni said.

Cheryl raised her brow, "you want me to give you a blow job, don't you?" Cheryl asked. Toni choked on air.

"What the fuck? No! Woah!" Toni objected.

"Oh." Cheryl blushed of embarrassment, "sorry, " she apologized.

"It's okay." Toni laughed, pecking Cheryl's lips. Cheryl smiled, just the little touches makes her crazy.

Toni huffed, pulling the box out of her pocket. Cheryl's breath hitched, she placed her hands over her mouth.

Toni got down on one knee, looking up at Cheryl.

"I know, It's a bit too early for this. But it's only fair that I propose before our wedding. In the near future, I'll do it again, when we have a love that can never be broken, but for now... Will you marry me?" Toni asked.

Cheryl sobbed, nodding her head frantically, "Yes!" She replied.

Toni placed the ring on Cheryl's finger. She got up, grabbed Cheryl by her waist, spinning her around.

"Yeah!" Cheryl screamed happily, throwing her arms up.

Toni gently placed her down, kissing her passionately.
