Cheryl sat on the couch Adelaine, Addison, And Amari, snuggled up with her as they watched frozen 2.

Toni was out buying some snacks for new year's tonight. They wanted the kids to stay up till 12 so they can experience the ball drop.

So, in order to keep them up, they would feed them snacks.

Amari played with Adelaine's hands, curiosity flowing through him.

He watches as she wiggled her hands in his grasp, he decided to try it.

But fail, he started twisting his hands in the wrong direction.

"Hey. Stop, you can hurt yourself, Mari." Cheryl said, placing his pacifier in his mouth.

Amari huffed in annoyance.

The lady with red hair is always telling him what to do. He didn't know why.

"Mommy. So staying up late makes the new year?" Adelaine asked.

Cheryl chuckled. "No. At midnight it will be a new year." Cheryl said. "It doesn't matter if you stay up or not." She added.

"Oh. Okay." She nodded. Toni walked in, vlogging camera in her hand.

"I'm home!" Toni said.

"Mama!" Addison and Adelaine yelled running out of the living room.

They hugged Toni's legs.

"Hey, girlies. Where's mommy?" Toni asked, rubbing their backs.

They pulled away. "She's in the living room with Mari," Addison said.

"What did you get us!?" Adelaine asked, looking in the bag.

"Come on. I'll show you." Toni smiled, walking into the room.

The twins behind her.

Toni set the bag down to greet her wife and son.

"I got some snacks and board games," Toni said, taking out the items.

Uno, sorry, trouble. "Yay!" The girls cheered.

"So. What were you guys up too?" Toni asked, setting the bag aside.

"Just watching frozen 2." Cheryl shrugged, playing with Amari as he giggled in her lap.

Addison and Adelaine sat on Toni's lap, getting back into the movie.

"Addison! Throw it!" Adelaine said as they played catch in the living room.

It was around 8 p.m. Now. The girls are trying to say up till midnight.

Cheryl walked in. We placed Amari in his walker, letting him walk around in it.

"Girls be careful with that ball. Amari is in his walker." Cheryl said, sitting on the couch.

"Okay, mommy." they both said, continuing their playing.

Cheryl turned the channel to the news.

"Times Square is always crowded. Even if it's not a Holiday."  Cheryl huffed. A/N: It's true. I live in NYC IT STAYS CROWDED. But now with the corona going around, it's been dead quiet. No cars, no airplanes. It's just so quiet.

"What is time square?" Addison asked, throwing the ball back to her sister.

"It's a very famous place in NYC. It's not far from us." Cheryl smiled.

"Really?! Can we go?" Adelaine asked.

Cheryl frowned. "No. Sadly we can't. It's way too dangerous for kids to be out there with all those people." Cheryl said.

"Oh okay." They both replied.

They decided to stop throwing the ball, and go play with Amari who was playing with the toys that were on his walker.

Toni walked in, laptop in her hand.

" I found this cute idea for our channel!" Toni said, sitting down next to her wife.

"Okay. Let me see." Cheryl smiled, looking at the screen.

"It's called the family yoga challenge." Toni said.

"That sounds cool. We are definitely doing that." Cheryl smiled.

It was now 11.

They ate all the snacks. And played all the games.

The twins were half-sleep. And Amari was asleep.

"Come on girls. Let me put you two to sleep. Your tired, don't fight it." Toni said.

"No! W-We're up!" Adelaine said, shaking Addison softly.

Addison jumped up.

"Okay. If you say so." Toni said.

They were already in their PJs, so that'll make them more tired.

"3 minutes till midnight." Cheryl smiled.

"Yep." Toni smiled, looking over at the girls.

They jumped up and started playing with the toys to keep them awake.

"Why won't they just admit that they are tired?" Toni whispered to her wife.

"They get the stubbornness from their mama." Cheryl smirked.

Toni rolled her eyes.

The girls went back onto the couch.

"Okay! It's time to count down!" Cheryl said.

Toni picked up Addison while Cheryl picked up Adelaine.

"10!... 9!...8!...7!...6!...5!...4!...3!...2!...1!... HAPPY NEW YEARS!" They shouted.

Toni kissed Cheryl. Then pecked Adelaine's forehead.

She then pecked Addison's forehead.

"Toni look." Cheryl whispered.

Addison and Adelaine were knocked out in their arms.

"See I told you they wouldn't make it." Toni chuckled.

"They technically did. But, yeah. You were right." Cheryl giggled.

"Come on. Let's put them to bed." Toni said, walking out of the living room.

Cheryl followed her into the girls' room.

Toni laid Addison down in her princess bed, tucking her in.

Cheryl did the same, placing Adelaine in her mermaid bed.

She kissed her forehead softly.

Toni and Cheryl exited the room, quietly closing the door behind them.

" Let's go check on Amari." Cheryl said.

Toni nodded, opening the door that was right across the hall from the twins.

Amari was sound asleep.

"Looks like we are the only ones that lasted this year. Again." Cheryl chuckled.

"Welp." Toni shrugged.
