The Wrath Of Rebecca Part 2! Kaiba's in trouble!?

Rebecca started throwing a tantrum as we all denied that grandpa was a thief, she just wouldn't have it. What an exhausting brat. "Rebecca, there's a story you need to hear. It's the story of how I met your grandfather Professor Hawkings and the dangers we faced together" Granpa started but Rebecca kicked off again. "In other words more of your lies! Well you can forget it!" "No it's true and be assured it was one of the most frightening experiences I've had in my entire life" Grandpa argued before explaining how he met Rebecca's grandfather in Egypt for a research expedition. They became great friends, Professor Hawkings theorised that ancient Egypt and Duel Monsters were linked. The two worked together until one day they got caved in, they duelled each other exactly how Yugi and Rebecca were duelling to decide who would drink the last bit of water but of course Rebecca didn't believe him.

"Well one thing is for certain. Rebecca may have learned Duelling from Arthur but she didn't learn his manners..." Grandpa sighed before Yugi drew a card. "Maybe this will teach her some, I play catapult Turtle in attack mode! Catapult Turtle let's me sacrifice any monster on my field, I can then take half of my sacrificed monsters attack points straight from my opponent's life points!" He explained, he must have something else planned to get rid of that pesky shield. "What a joke! That won't help" Rebecca laughed "it will when I combine it with my brain control!" Yugi activated the spell and took control of the Millennium Shield before destroying it. He ended his turn by having Summoned Skull destroy Rebecca's Cannon Soldier, Rebecca drew a card and smiled. "Great, fantastic! Look what card we drew Teddy! I use my spell card Judgement blaster!" This card allowed her to destroy all of Yugi's monster after putting 5 monsters from her hand in the graveyard. "That leaves 11 monsters in Rebecca's graveyard but why is she so keen on sacrificing monsters?" My question was answered by Rebecca's next move. She summoned Shadow Ghoul in attack mode and for every monster in her graveyard, Shadow Ghoul got an extra 100 life points bringing it's attack power up to 2700...

Yugi tried teaching her about the heart of the cards but she wouldn't have it so instead he made his move placing a monster in defence mode but Rebecca undid that by activating Stop Defence and revealed Yugi's Dark Magician which was then destroyed. "Mr Moto, Yugi's getting creamed! Your duel with Professor couldn't have gone like this right?" Tristen asked "actually our duel went exactly like this. However the outcome of this duel may yet surprise you." Yugi used Swords of revealing light, trapping Rebecca's Ghoul in place, she passed her turn and Yugi resurrected his Magician. "He's quite skilled isn't?" D.M.G asked and I nodded with a smile "that's why he's the King of Games." Rebecca summoned another cannon soldier which was easily destroyed but it added another 100 points to her Shadow Ghoul. "Now he's in a pickle...Her Ghoul gets released next turn and it's stronger than Yugi's Magician. How's he gonna get out of this?" I sighed heavily "Yuge will find a way! He always comes through just you wait and see!" "I surrender Rebecca..." I almost laughed at how that played out, bet Joey feels a bit silly now. The Duel ended and Rebecca's grandfather showed up and finished the story, it seemed she had a change of heart after all huh. It was revealed that Yugi's next card was Soul release. "That card would have let young Yugi free 5 cards from Rebecca's Graveyard and he would have won. He is a kind Duelist, he'll have a bright future" D.M nodded approvingly with a small smile. Yugi then gifted Rebecca The ties of Friendship card he got from Pegasus, we said goodbye and went our separate ways home.

"What a day" I sighed heavily, dropping into my chair. "You didn't even do anything but you're still tired" D.M.G giggled "yeah that Rebecca kid was mentally exhausting. I don't know how her family put up with her...She gives me a major headache!" "Yes well you still have to keep up your studies, both of you and you need to eat Master. Malnutrition won't help you with the challenging future that lies ahead" D.M warned me, I sighed and started cooking myself dinner. It's like having a dad and a sister more than two Duel spirits...The next day after school we went to Mr Moto's store. It was a miserable day, storming and pouring down with rain. "I'll take that one gramps, put it on my tab" "your tab is past due" "then put it on Tristan's" "hey!" The door opened violently. We turned around to see what happened, it was "Mokuba!" I walked over to him, he looked like he'd been running away... "What happened?" I asked urgently, I had a bad feeling something had happened to Seto and unfortunately I was right. Five people from KaibaCorp had trapped Seto in a virtual reality game, the only way to get him out was to beat the game. "I don't know how we'll pull it off but I thought that you guys could help..." "Of course we will. We're going to save Seto and bring down those jerks, we just have to come with a plan first ok?" I made it sound so easy but they probably already know what Mokuba is up to, getting into the game itself will be a challenge and then beating with all the odds put up against us? It seemed almost impossible.

We managed to sneak into Kaibacorp and into the room where the pods were but there were only three pods. Half of us would have to stay behind. That ended up being Tea, Tristan and myself. It felt like hours, Pegasus' men were barging at the door and I didn't know how much longer we could hold them back but then just as they broke through, the pods opened. "You're all ok!" "Yeah and so is Seto which means without you losers protecting your bosses, I say he's about to kick some butt!" Mokuba grinned which sent them packing. "Alright then kiddo, let's get going" I smiled ruffling Mokie's hair. The others went home as I walked Mokuba home like a responsible person, once we were outside the tall building I said goodbye to Mokuba and headed home myself.

I sighed heavily as I collapsed on my couch. "What a day...A duel as well as Seto getting into more trouble? Gimme a break" D.M.G giggled slightly "you can't be that tired? You've still got that homework stuff to do remember!" I groaned quietly, I'd totally forgotten about school. "Forgive me Y/N but I won't allow you to slack off in your studies no matter how hectic things become. The sooner it's done, the less you have to worry about" D.M reminded me as I'd already gotten everything out of my bag. "Yeah yeah I know" I mumbled quietly and got to work. Maths is officially the worst thing.
