"In just 5 turns Y/N the cocoon of evolution will transform my larvae moth into an unstoppable creature then nothing in your deck will be be able to defeat me!" Weevil laughed, if what Weevil says is true then I'm gonna have to act fast! "Gaia the fierce knight! Shatter that cocoon!" I yelled but the field power bonus had raised the defense power by 600 more points! Weevil's cocoon is gonna be hard to crack and for every attack that fails my life points go down. "Just 4 more turns until my ultimate insect emerges, then you can stop worrying about how you are going to destroy it and how it is going to destroy you!" Weevil cackled as he drew another card, I placed my beaver warrior in defense, "you're wasting your turn! No defense will save your life points once my monster is out" Weevil laughed as he drew another card from his deck. I have to figure out a way to turn this duel around. Weevil's pretty confident that whatever is growing in that cocoon is unbeatable! But there's gotta be some way to pop that thing open, and wipe that smirk off his face! But how? "C'mon Y/N you gotta get fired up!" Joey yelled from the side lines. Wait! That's it get fired up! "Go! Curse of dragon! And I'll combine it with this magic card! Go dragon flame!" I shouted.

My curse of dragon burnt he playing field now the cocoon wouldn't have a power bonus and my knight will be able to destroy it! "Your firefly can't destroy my cocoon!" Weevil exclaimed "who says I was aiming for your cocoon. The magic card I used was the burning land, to destroy the forest around it!" I informed him "no! That means I lose my field power bonus!" Weevil squealed "that's right now Gaia the fierce knight attack!" I demanded, the attack destroyed the cocoon but the moth was still alive! "So Y/N feeling outclassed yet? Or perhaps you're enjoying your first major-league dueling loss!" Weevil giggled but this duel isn't over yet! "You may have got your prized monster out on the field Weevil but I'll still find a way to squash that over sized bug" I told him. "I don't thinks so attack!" Weevil screeched I used my polymerization card combining Gaia and my dragon together, the moth attacked my beaver but I took no damage as it was in defense mode. But my knight was loosing attack points and fast! "Weevil what have you done?" I asked "it's poison from my moth Y/N, it's draining your monster point by point hehehe" Weevil laughed. How can I protect my knight from the very air itself?

I drew another card "I use Makiu, the magical mist!" I announced, the mist began washing away all of the poison and my knight-dragon monster got all of his attack power back! But that's not all I did let's just say Weevil is in for a shocking surprise! "Great Moth tornado attack!" Weevil ordered my knight was destroyed and only had 50 life points left! "Hahahahaha!" I laughed Weevil think he's in the clear but he's done for! "What are you so happy about? Stop that snickering!" Weevil yelled "Weevil, I know it will be very difficult for you to accept losing a duel. Especially after spending so much time finding inventive ways to cheat but if you thought bending the rules would help you in this match you're wrong. You play dishonestly so you expect the same of your opponents, but I duel with honesty Weevil and that makes all the difference. I summon the mighty Summoned Skull! And because of the wet playing field he gets a field power bonus raising it's attack points to 3500! But the field isn't the only thing that's soaked Weevil, your moth is now a huge flying lightning rod a perfect target for my Summoned Skull! Attack with Lightning strike!" I yelled my summoned skull attacked destroying Weevil's moth and his life points! "You loose Weevil!" I declared.

"Alright Y/N!" "Way to go!" "You won!" "Wahoo! Alright Y/N!" My friends cheered, I collected Weevil's star chips I had four, just six more to go! "Well done Y/N, that was an awesome duel I didn't know you could Duel like that, no wonder Pegasus invited you to the duel tournament!" Yugi chirped "thanks Yugi" I replied before my stomach growled "hey did you guys bring any food?" I asked laughing everybody stayed quiet I'll take that as a no!

Timeskip also I skipped Joey and Mai's duel I'm sorry!

"Congrats on beating Mai, Joey that was pretty awesome!" Tristan said proudly, "yeah even if it took your nose to figure out her tricks" Tea teased. "Oh you're just jealous" Joey huffed, "you should be proud of yourself Joey, Mai wasn't an easy first opponent!" I chirped "yeah and now you're one step closer to getting the prize money for your sister" Yugi added. Joey began sniffing around "er Joey are you ok?" I asked "you bet! I smell our next meal let's go!" He yelled before running towards the sea! Joey found some fish it turned out that it belong to Mako Tsunami another duelist from the regionals competition! After our meal we were about to leave until Mako challenged Yugi to a duel, Mako wanted to win this competition so he could buy a boat so he could go to sea and look for his father who he had last one night in a storm. Yugi won, leaving Mako with two star chips and Yugi with three. We found a clearing in the woods and decided to set up camp, luckily we remembered to bring tents and sleeping bags yet no food haha!

I was reading the letter Seto sent to me again, I miss him a lot. I can't imagine what his little brother Mokuba is going through right now, poor kid. I just really hope I see both Seto and Mokuba soon I need to know how they're both doing after the duel with Yugi neither of them seem to be the same, it worries me. "Goodnight Seto, goodnight Mokuba" I murmured before shutting my eyes drifting off into sleep.
