The plot of this story had not continued the story from other chapters, this one more like a different ones.

You woke up by the sound of birds chirrping beautifully in the orange pink like skies, with its clouds covered the incoming sky, making the weather looked dull.

You sat up on the bed that belongs to Steven and looked to your right, Steven was snoring softly, which you found it quite adorable.

You rubbed your tired eyes before setting one of your foot down to meet the cold ground, making you shivered in coldness, and went to the wardrobe before picking up some outfits that the gems had bought it for you.

You closed the bathroom door and made your morning routine.

First, you brushed your teeth and washed your face, before lifting up your pajamas to change.

Before you could fully pull out the shirt off you, you heard the door being opened with a slight creak sound, and revealed a tired Steven, rubbing his eyes.

You froze at your position when you saw Steven looked at you with your shirt was half lifted up.

It took him some moment to be flushed and repeatedly apologised and shut the door, leaving you alone.

Your heart felt like bursting out.

Your face went from pale to reddish shade.

Your breathing was clearly uneven.

Your eyes seemed to be blurring its visions.

You had felt like this towards Steven for months now, but you stayed silent and kept your feelings hidden, well until you figured out what this feeling was.

When you talked to the gems how you had been feeling strange towards Steven, they were smiling widely and defined the feeling called as love.

It seemed that you had been crushing at Steven for several past of months now.

The gems also told you to confess to him as soon as possible but it seemed impossible for you, you couldn't just go straight up to him and just confess, you were too shy and your anxiety was too high to beat it down.

The gem had helped you for these past months to make Steven at least notice the love signs you made to him that the gems told you to do, but he seemed oblivious or he didn't notice the signs.

You tried every way possible to at least make him had a feeling of doki doki in his heart, but you knew that would never happen.

You sighed in sadness as you slipped your jeans into part of your legs, collecting the laundry and step out of the room.

When you got out, you saw Steven laid down on the bed with one of his arms covered his eyes, his face was still flushed from the incident.

You gripped tighter on your laundry before smiling softly at him.

"H-Hey, you can use the bathroom now..." you said, which he replied with a short hum.

You felt a tint of sadness in your heart, maybe he felt bad?

Maybe he doesn't like you anymore?

Maybe he felt so awkward and wanted to cut your bonds with him?

Without any words wasted, you left the beach house with a frown on your face and headed to dobi while Garnet just warped pad back to home.

Garnet saw Steven in distress on his bed through her glasses, makimg her smirk and climbed the stairs before sitting down beside Steven.

"Something happened when I'm gone?" Garnet asked, smirking.
