You walked down the arena briskly, eyes roaming around the room that was full of fogs and steams, legs carefully and silently danced on the cold tiled floor, as ears were sharpened its sense to the upcoming sound you will be hearing.
A tint sound of someone walked behind you made your head instantly tilt to it, sword tightened in hand and breathing slightly were off.
A glowing form was found behind the fogs, which you took it as an advantage and immediately attacked it without any hesitation, but unfortunately, it noticed you and draw its sword to met yours, blocked down your attack with its defence.
You were shocked to be said at least, the HoloPearl was moving quite fast in your second examination, unlike your first one.
You let out a frustrated sigh and backed off from HoloPearl who had a burning rage face on her face and red blood glowing eyes lurking on you as a deep from it was formed to show you how irritated it was with you.
Sword was now in front of you, draw it to HoloPearl as a defence as whenever she would attack you any second and as predicted, she forced herself to charge on you and slashed her sword to be met with yours, you slashed the sword back as HoloPearl stumbled backwards before gained her balance which you took as an advantage once more and charged on the glowing Pearl.
HoloPearl moved quickly, set the blade on her left hand as her handle was tightly held, brought it forward and blocked your attack.
You jumped backwards, slowly getting impatient with your enemy; another glowing light was formed behind your back and hid in the fogs failing but it went unnoticed by you since you were too focused on the HoloPearl in front of you.
Another irritating sigh was released by you, eyes fluttered close, trying to form a plan in your mind; but with the chance HoloPearl got, both of them charged to you, blades targeting you as if they were predators and you are their foods.
Once the swords were getting closer to your face and back, you opened your eyes and stepped to the side, letting both HoloPearl stabbed each other on their chests before glitching and disappeared.
You panted heavily at the sight, for a second you thought you were getting kill here and there, but luckily, you were smart enough to move out of the way.
A wave of claps was heard, echoed the arena with it; slowly the fogs and steams was depicted away to be revealing Pearl and Steven clapped loudly, which you blushed and smile softly for.
You walked towards Pearl and bowed to her as she is your teacher, Pearl bowed to you as well before fitting out a chant of laughter and cheers.
"Ah (Y/N)! You did it again! You are super brilliant to step out of the way like that!" Pearl complimented.
You blushed bashfully, rubbed the back of your sweaty neck, the sword once more returned on its sheath.
"T-Thank you, Pearl. I was actually surprised that I passed this test even. It was all thanks to your teaching skills, Pearl! You taught me very well" you complimented her back.
Her face formed a tint of blue shades on her cheeks, a stupid grin was still on her skin.
"What a teacher could be without a great student, right?" Pearl asked, ruffling your hair for it to be messy.
You giggled and nodded; to you, Pearl was like your mother, even though you never met your birth mother, but having Pearl in your life was more than enough for you which made you over-thrilled of happiness.
Your eyes glanced to Steven who was grinned widely at you, hands in his pocket as he walked down the seats and to you and Pearl.
Pearl complimented you again before wrapped her arms around your tiny form and into a crashing and death hug, knocked out all of the oxygen inside of your lungs but you only managed to giggle and hugged her back.
