Marion's POV
I got down from my Car as i head in , sia and my dad sat watching a movie , once they heard me walk in they turned to look .
"Dad , your home?" i asked, he is quite early today i thought checking my time , passed 8 i just dropped Gwen off from our outing .
"yes why ?" he asked just as mom and Briana enters with some plates , mom smiles at me.
"oh, Marion your back finally, your right on time, dinner is ready " she says as Brianna head out too helping mom with the meal.
"your late, have you been in school?" dad asked standing up and heading towards dinning table, i try to cover my injury not wanting them to know about Jose and i's fight .
"urh..... I went out with a friend " i say sitting down and dad nodded , his eyes on me .
Everyone now sited except mom who went back into the kitchen.
"so how's the sport going ?" he asked .
"its going well " i say "i think i'd be getting a new car" i say , as mom sat down .
"a car ?" she asks.
"yeah" i say i look up to see dad looking at me confuse.
"what happened to your sport car?" he ask .
I know ok, i'm a car freak okay , lets just say i want to own another car plus my two others i love cars, I've been meaning to ask him for a while now, and i know it wont be that easy to get it, dad can really be strict sometimes but i hope that changes now that i'm 19.
"uh....nothing really , i just thought of racing with a different one , you know dad the big race is coming , i need to win it,i need a more faster car"i say
"Marion, you and i know you just want another car and not because of the Big Race like you put it" he says knowing me very well,i sigh
"dad " i whined .
"please don't tell me your about to cry ?" Sia suddenly says and i glared at her beside me, everyone chuckle .
"you already have too cars , what do you need another car for?" dad pushed on .
"i already told you" i say sighing frustratedly .
"you and i know its not true " dad says almost glaring at me his tone hard and sharp.
"oh please Malcolm , not now lets have dinner first okay ?" mom cooed and dad looks at mom and sighs when she gave him that loving look and i just sat there knowing dad wont push on again, that's how much he loves and respect mom, i so badly know with mom i can straight up get that car .
"we will have this discussion tomorrow " dad finalize leaving me rolling my eyes but decide to be quite .
"Marion how are you preparing for your basketball game coming up?" Brianna asked excitedly .
"pretty well, but i don't want you or either her there " i say eyeing Sia .
"but why?" Brianna frowned .
