So it was Thanksgiving of course and my mom came home for this.Leo's parents in the other case had to go to another state to celebrate Thanksgiving.Leo didn't wanna go so my mom arranged for his parents to let him stay over with our family.I screamed internally when my mom announced that Leo would be staying with us.It was gonna be so awkward.Yeah of course my mom already knew Leo and everything but biubsibdidbd nuu.

I was up in my room getting ready to have dinner..yummy....turkey and mashed potatoes.But andyways I was putting in my new set of plugs when my mom walks in.

"Hey sweetie.How are you?" she asked.I was actually fairly surprised she didn't completely freak out when she saw my completely new style.She was all with compliments about how pretty I looked.I still hadn't got over it, but I didn't think about it much.

"Oh.I'm good.How is work?" I said.

"Its the same as always.Busy,Busy.But I'm glad to be home."

"That's cool." I was trying so hard not to completely freak out.I was hiding so many things from her."Sooo....um is dinner almost ready?"

"Yeah....just 5 more minutes.Anything you wanna tell me?"

Oh god she knows.You re so dead. "Like what?"

"Nothing just wondering.How are you and Leo doing?"

"We are okay.I guess,I don't know.We are just friends.I like someone else."

"You friendzoned the guy?" My moms expression was just pure shock. "Liz do you know how much that guy likes you?"

"Yeah?But I cant return those exact feelings."

"You're kidding right?" I shook my head. "Liz!I've seen you guys makeout in front of me!"

"MOM.STOP."

"OK.OK.Well I'm gonna go check on dinner.You better see how great that boy is for you." With that she left.I don't think I ever described my mom before.She had long,dark,curly hair,she was average you could say.Had brown eyes like me.And was of course always busy busy busy.She would always be able to pull off whatever she would want to wear.She is a cool mom but a very caring mom too.And overprotective.And that's it for now.I don't ever really spend time with my mom so I cant exactly describe her.

Leo was in Nico's room partly the whole time he was here playing video games.Smh -.- but oh well I kinda was avoiding Leo so it was okay.I walked in the kitchen.Oh the smell was so delicious.My mom was setting up the plates so I decided to help her.She had the turkey in the middle of the table like most people and the rest was around it.

"Can you go call the boys for dinner?" my mom asked as she set down the last plate of food.

"Yeah." I walked into the boys room all jumpy and happy cause food. "Mom said food is ready.Alright bye."

I raced over to the table and sat down right in front of the mashed potatoes and Turkey.I sat impatiently,mouth watering and everything as Nico took forever to get to the table.Once he finally got there Mom made us say what we were thankful for and why.Once everyone was done.I was the first to get mashed potatoes and Turkey on my plate.Pfft all I cared about right now was the food.My mom made Leo sit next to me so we it would "make our relationship better." What relationship? 

I ate two servings of turkey and mashed potatoes.My mom kept telling me to save room for dessert but I didn't really care.The turkey and mashed potatoes was good.And the potatoes  with Gravy was so perff.I  felt like I gained 10 pounds but I didn't care...yolo.

I excused myself from my seat,washed my plate,and went up to my room.I went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth.Now I was preparing myself to go Black Friday shopping.Most stores were gonna open at 6 this year so I had to get ready early.I was planning to go with Dustin this year instead of Leo since I became good friends with him.My mom still didn't know about the whole drinking and smoking incident.Nico tried to make me tell her.He said if I didn't he would.He is annoying.As soon as I was done putting in my contact in and putting in a black bow,Leo walked in.
