Suspended?

Leo's P.O.V 

I sat down one of the stupid seats in the waiting room.I got sent to the principals office cause of what happened.I waited for a whole 30 min since Graciela was in there with the principal explaining what happened.When I got sent to the principals office I didn't get to see Lizzy so I was worried as hell.I waited for another half hour when Jake came into the principals office.Anger boiled inside of me again.I clenched my hands into fists.Even though my knuckles hurt I still had the adrenaline to beat this asshole up.I stood up and walked impatiently back and forth.I had to keep walking or I might just punch him in that beat up face of his again.

"Which one of you young men is Leo?" the assistant principal asked.

"Me."  I said quickly.

"The principal is ready to see you.Follow me." She started walking and wrote down several notes on her stupid clipboard.She told me to sit down and wait for the principal to call me into his office.I was glad I was away from Jake.God I hated that asshole.I still cant believe that he dared to hit Lizzy.Like yeah she had slapped Graciela and all but that gave him no....ugh...whatever.I didn't want to think about it much.I was already pissed off enough.My mind clouded with all these hate thought I didn't even hear Graciela tell me Mr.Gonzalez was ready to see me.

"L-Leo...the principal is ready to see you" she said.

"Huh?"

"The principal is ready to see you."

"Oh okay." I stood up and went into the principals office.It smelled like always.Old and disgusting.I stood up waiting for him to tell me to sit down. 

"Please sit."

"K." I sat down and waited for the whole lecture to begin.

"So it has been reported that you got into a fight with a student during lunch."

"Yeah,I did."

"What do you have to say about your actions."

"Nothing.I don't regret them."

"Well you should.Those actions are getting you suspended for three days."

"Ok."

"Is that all you have to say?"

"Yep."

"Very well.Ill just ask you some questions and you can call your parents to pick you up."

"My parents aren't home and OK."

"Well we will have you call whoever is in charge of you." 

"Lizzy's parents.Yeah OK."

"Isn't that the girl you defended?"

"Yeah."

"Why did you defend her?"

"I wasn't going to let that asshole Jake get away with slapping her."

"Language please.And yes I understand that but wasn't she the one that started everything?"

"Actually no.It was Jake..Lizzy was gonna leave and then he started insulting her."

"Oh I see," he wrote down what I said on a piece of paper. "Are you aware that she is an alcoholic?"

"She isn't.Jake is a liar.He just wants to make her life miserable."

"And why is that?"

"Cause he cheated on her.Lizzy was just defending her friends."

"I see.What do you say about Graciela?"
