The Chance is Lost...

Nico's P.O.V

I didn't know about this Leo guy. He didn't seem to be just be friends with my little sister. I wasn't about to let anyone go out with my sister. I had to make sure they would respect her, care for her, and be able to protect her.

"So you re just friends with my sister?" I ask scanning Leo.

"Yeah I mean we are like bestfriends and all but yeah.." He says.

I nod and look at my sister who is looking at me like "please try not to kill this guy" but she still has a smile on her face. I extend my hand out to shakes Leo hand. He nervously shakes my hand and as soon as I hand the chance I grabbed his hand and twisted it back. 

"Nico?! What are you doing?!" Liz says as she runs and tries to make me let go of Leo.

"Ouch Ouch dude..." Leo says as he winces.

"Mhm.." I say as I let go of his arm." Well your not very cautious." 

"What was that for?" He asks rubbing his arm.

"Just seeing if your worthy for my sister. The fact that you cant protect yourself proves you..simply..are not" I say as I start walking away.

"What? I can protect your little sis or whatever!" Leo half yells.

"Prove it" I simply say as I stop and turn around to see Liz and Leo.

"How?" He asks.

"Fight me." I say.

"uhh guys I don't think this is a very good idea.." Liz says as she steps in front of Leo.

"Its okay Liz I can do this." Leo says and stand right in front of me.

I sigh and say." Well lets see what do you have." 

"Guys please this isn't the time. I don't think this would be good.Nico just stop he will have a chance to prove you later..." She says as her voice softens and her eyes begin to water." After he comes back."

Before I could say anything Leo walks over to Liz and hugs her.

"I will come back Liz..I promise...." He whispers.

"I...I...I'm fine. Heh see I wasn't gonna like cry...or anything. I mean who would miss you anyways.. Pfft" She says.

"You would Liz admit it.." Leo says as he picks her up and twirls her in midair.

"Maybe.." Liz admits...

"Sooo you guys are a couple or like an item?" I ask just to embarrass them.

"WHAT!?! NO!" They both say in unison and their faces go red.

"Hahaha well okay I will be in my room and stay out please." I say as I walk away through the libary and  into my room.

Leo's P.O.V

Damn Nico was really a challenge. Liz had told me she had an older brother and that he can be a challenge sometimes. And well she was right all along.

"Haha sorry Leo. I told you he would be a challenge but nooo you said 'Bah what no one can beat Leo Im awesome'." She says.

"But he doesnt look like much. He is really but he doesnt look like it. Plus you guys look nothing alike. I mean he has really pale skin and so do you but your not that pale. Plus  his hair is like a really dark shade of black. Yours is light." I replie.

"Haha well he is Nico...anyways he wont like murder you in your  sleep or something like that"  She replies laughing.

"I guess...I mean...nah nevermind so what do you wanna do...... before I leave tomorrow?" I say slowly and really nervous.
