Lizzy's P.O.V

I wake up to someone knocking on my door and the sunlight pouring into my bedroom.

"Hello Good morning Liz..someone is looking for you" I hear Nico say.

"Coming just wait a second" I replied.

I get out of bed and wrap my blanket around myself since I am cold even though the sun is out. I go to my door and open the door to see Nico still in his Pj's and his hair messed up.

"Yes Nico?" I ask as I start to doze off again.

He just poked my face which totally made me go into defense mode. He just rolled his eyes and handed me the phone.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Hey Liz its me Leo I wanted to say goodbye." He says.

At that time I defiantly woke up when he said that,"What do you mean?! You said that you would let me see you one more time before you left!" 

"Yes I know but I am already at the airport my plane is leaving in about an hour and half." He says.

"I'm on my way!" I say and hanged up. I ran into my closet took the quickest shower and picked out some random clothes. My pastel colored L.A shirt and some grey faded shorts with little jems on the bottom. I put on some red with black shoes and ran to brush my teeth. Meanwhile brushing my hair. Once I was done I raced downstairs. I dashed past the kitchen and into the living room. As I was about to race out of the house when Nico stopped me and asked. "Where are you going?"

"No time Nico! You are coming or not! I'm in a hurry off to see Leo leave!" I say as quickly as possible.

"OKAY. Okay. Calm down Liz I'm coming just let me go take a quick shower and change. "

 " Okay. But hurry less than an hour to get there!" I say as sit down at the kitchen table wooden chairs. It took Nico 5 minutes to change and get finish up. As soon as I saw him slowly walking out of his room like we had all the time out of the world. I literally dragged him into his car. Once he started driving I kept pressuring for him to hurry up. Once I saw the airport and Nico parked his car near the airport. I ran out the car and search for Leo. I didn't find him anywhere! I called him and it took him 3 rings to answer.

"Hello?" He answers.

"Where are you Leo!? Im outside the airport now!" I ask.

"'Im going outside wait please" He says as he hangs up.

I wait outside for like 2 minutes and stare at the doors that were crowded with people. I didnt see Leo. I wait and wait with Nico by my side. I waited for a few more seconds until I saw Leo. I ran up to him and hugged him really tight. I didnt let go of him.

"Please dont leave me Leo." I say as I bury my head in his chest.

He strokes my hair and says,"Its gonna be okay Liz I promise." 

" I don't believe you.. please stay." I say.

Leo's P.O.V

I couldn't stand to see Liz like this so I told her everything would be fine.

"I'm sorry Liz, I cant. I will come back very soon. Everything will be fine." I say as I hug her while she is crying.

"Leo please stay....I'm begging you." she says and looks up at me.

I wipe her tears away."Cmon no more crying I want to see a smile on your face before I leave." 

She nods and whispers into my ear."Please come back. I don't want to be without." 

"I will. I promise." I say as I give her one last hug.

"Goodbye Liz I will be back I promise just remember I love you." 

I look at Nico and he knows that I need help with Liz. He nods. 

"Liz cmon Leo is leaving he will be back." Nico says as he tries to take Liz away but cant.

She clings on to my shirt and wont let go."Please Liz cmon you have to be strong. I know that you can." I say.

I gently manage to take her hands away from my shirt and give her one last hug before leaving.

"Please Leo.Dont be like him." She says which confuses me.

I look over at Nico and he looks at Liz with concern in his eyes. Its almost as if he has seen this happen before. I look at Liz who is looking at the floor ,her tears hitting the cold floor. I sigh and lift her face. Her eyes have so much misery I am tempted to look away. But I don't.I give her a light kiss on her cheek and smile at her, she manages to give me a smile which makes me happy. She walks away and stand next to Nico. He whispers something in her ear and looks and her. She nods.

"Goodbye Leo." She says as she manages another weak smile.I nod and smile back. I watch her walk away slowly with Nico hugging her. Before she disappears in the wind she looks back and mouths "I love you." I look away and walk inside ready to leave and not be gone only for a week but longer. I said it would be a week so Liz would be better. I know it was wrong but I didn't want her to feel sad anymore. I've noticed that behind that smile there are many secrets kept and pain locked away.Before boarding my plane something dropped out of my sweaters pocket. I picked it up it was the letter I was going to give to Liz. Too late. I glanced once more hoping to see Liz once more but I knew she was gone.
