   Three, two, one.

Finally the end of my shift.

"See you Monday guys" Sally said as she left the coffe shop.

It was Cameron's turn to close up today. We dont open on Sundays which means we had the day off tomorrow.

"Finished?" I asked as I hung up my apron and got my bag from the staff room. "Yes, where's Cassie though?"

We looked around and when we saw that she was not in the staff room we turned off the lights and left to the main part of the cafe.

She sat in one of the booths with her phone pressed to her ear, deep in conversation.

I motioned to her, getting Cammy's attention. We walked up behind her and caught the end of her conversation.

  "9:30? Great! See you soon".

She looked over her shoulder and jumped almost a feet out of the seat, clutching her chest. "My gosh, you guys planning to give me a heart attack?" she shouted.

"Stop being so dramatic, who was that?" Cameron asked. "I bet I know who it is" I teased and she blushed, confirming my assumption.

"It's nobody" she said, getting up and fixing her bag strap. I glanced at her phone and without a second thought I grabbed it and dashed through the door.

"Eloise Sullivan!" she shouted but I was already running through the streets like a mad woman. The puddles wet my pant legs and adrenaline pumped through my veins. I felt her getting closer and this only made me go faster. I ran over to the park and a thought came to mind.

Cassandra was afraid of heights so I climbed the monkey bars as fast as I could and sat on the top most bar.

Settling down I took a couple deep breaths and smiled down at her looking up at me.

Nobody was around, seeing that there was a heavy downpour earlier today, but if there were onlookers, I bet we would be mistaken for mentally insane people.

I clicked the phone and it lit up. Going to call logs and seeing a 35 minute long call from Alejandro.

This only made me smile and she blushed even more, stomping her foot like a 3 year old child who didn't get her way.

"Cassie's got a boyfriend" I sang over and over. She gave up a long time ago but I still continued to tease her.

About 5 minutes afterwards we saw Cammy walking up to us shaking her head at us.

"I cant believe you two. Always behaving like children" she said, chuckling at our actions.

"Can I have my phone please?" she pleaded. I threw it over to her and she caught it before putting it safely in her bag.

"Cassie and Alejandro sitting in a tree. K I S S I N G" I sang and she shouted for me to shut up.

"Ooooh, who's Alejandro?" her sister asked, walking over to face her.

I began my descent from the jungle gym and joined them on the ground.

"He's her sexy Hispanic boyfriend" I said and she glared at me.

We exited the park and decided to walk home together instead of taking the bus, seeing that we missed it anyways.

"Here are the keys" Cammy said, handing me the keys to the coffee shop. Due to me running away with Cassie's phone I neglected my duty of closing shop. Thank god for Cammy. "Thanks" I said sheepishly and placed them in my bag.
