Forbidden Love (05)

Akai's POV

"Sir, we're almost here" the driver, Simon Alucard, announced to me, I woke up from my nap.

Rerulili kingdom... so far away from Senbonzakura kingdom....

So far away from Jack....

"We're here!" I got off the carriage, which was basically a wooden cart being pulled by a horse.

Once I got off, I was greeted with a breeze, it felt cold here, it was always winter here in Rerulili, unlike Senbonzakura, which was covered with lots of cherry blossoms. 

I decided to explore the whole town, but first, I went to the castle. Visitors were allowed to enter, as long as they only visit the outer part of the place.

When I got there, I looked around. The castle was a little smaller than back at home, but it was really um... fancy.

I was looking around, when someone grabbed my arm, I couldn't see his face since he was wearing a hood. I tried to wrangle out of his grasp, but apparently, he was stronger than me.

"W-what do you want?!" I started to get scared, he looked at me but didn't respond, instead, he pulled me into the castle.

Once inside, he let go of me and dropped me. I looked up, I saw prince Spade and his assistant Ai.

"Akai Tsubasa, welcome to our home" Spade greeted, but with a dark voice.

"W-why did you bring me h-here?" I quivered

He didn't reply, the one who dragged me kneeled down and whispered something.

"Do you remember me?" He said, I was confused.

"N-no"'I shortly answered

He faced me and smirked. I couldn't tell what the heck was going on.

Then I was hit with a sudden realization.

This line.... I heard it before.. could it be?

He took off his hood and revealed his true self. Once I saw who it was, I gave him a big hug.

Jack....

"W-why are you here? How?! Before I left Senbonzakura, I saw you in your castle"

"I had a little help"

Spade, Ai, and Jack smiled at each other.

"Rose, come out!" They yelled, Princess Rose then appeared from behind the curtains. Apparently, Rose was a witch and she teleported Jack all the way here.

"Oh. But why did you follow me?"

"Because I love you"

I tried to cope Jack's words, but it was too much for me to take.

"W-what did you just s-say?"

"Didn't I make it clear? I said I love you"
