Chapter 17

- He was large. Tall. His eyes were thin, but gloomed in a mystic blue. Not a natural blue, but a chemical one, an artificial, supernatural luminous turquoise. His clothes were made out of thick white cloth, with a large majestic cape covering his back. His golden hair curved around his figure, and stopped shortly before the floor. On his shoes there were single engravings, made out of pure gold. His hands were soft, and firmly held onto a long sword, which gently lay along his hip, waiting restlessly in command for action. -

That was him. The end boss. Hisoka and I arranged ourselves back into our fighting position. I knew Hisoka was slightly weakened, and so was I. We both weren't super near to our limit, but we could indeed need a small pause. But I also knew we wouldn't get that. I looked down my body. Blood was dripping down numerous places, and wherever I stood, a small puddle of the thick red liquid formed. It didn't hurt, nor did I feel weakened from the blood loss. My hearing, well, it was tough fighting without it. But other than that, I was pretty much okay. The main issue was simply the fact that I didn't have all to much nen left. From the looks of it, Hisoka wasn't all to fit him self, although I knew he could go a lot longer. The poison started spreading across my body. I felt it slowly decrease the speed and agility of my movements. Fuck. The man in front of us jumped down into the middle of the arena. The stone under me vibrated as he hit the ground, and started walking towards us. Instinctively, I backed away. Hisoka did as well, but we both stopped as we read the screen he held up. >Stay. I wont fight you. At least not yet<
I looked at Hisoka, who nodded. Well sure, why not trust him. Looking around, he joyfully came up to us. Laying his hands on my ears, a green light shimmered in his eyes. His body started glowing, and I slowly felt my body tense up. I felt, no that's wrong, I heard the guy opposite to me breath heavily. He smiled as I stared at him in shock. "You", I heard my voice say, "you healed me?" I was confused, and he laughed, his white fangs showing. "Yes, that's my job. To heal you from any severe wounds, and then proceed to kill you" he said, whilst healing Hisoka. I stepped back, my movements as best as ever, the poison seemed to have disappeared...

The clown next to me coughed and cleared his throat, before chuckling. "Sounds like fun", he said, in a mysterious matter. Number 25 stared at him, and declared : "This took you roughly 6 minutes. 6 minutes to kill 12 opponents each. I must say, I'm impressed...none of you two seem to have any life threatening wounds." His voice echoed through the hall. It was deep and dangerous, but had a jolly undertone. As if he were enjoying himself quite a bit.

I stared at him, studying his every movement, as he continued with his praise. "Indeed, I must even say, I'm shocked. You two make the perfect team and almost mastered the teamwork path. Not many contestants succeed in this. But now, will you be able to defeat me?..." he led out a monstrous laugh. Hisoka grabbed my hand, and we both jumped away from him. He did the same, and the three of us stood at either side of the arena. I moved away from Hisoka, so the chance of both of us getting caught in a major attack decreased. Laughing, a weird white aura appeared next to the boss. It was formed like a man, and slowly human features appeared on it.

It looks like, I stopped, he is creating a copy. No. Not a copy. Another person. I glanced at Hisoka, and quickly looked back to our opponent. He had created another nen user, powerful as ever, with his own nen. "That's impressive", I say, looking right at him. To create another human being from your own nen must mean he is an Enhancer. Looking at Hisoka, I make out that he probably thought the same. As I made out a simple plan, I noticed once of the two run towards me.
I ducked, as he threw a kunai similar knife at me. Jumping behind him, I created a nen road, long, and sharp at both ends. Using it to block the coming punches, I swung it around my body, as if dancing with it. He swung left, then right. I tried dodging, but his speed was remarkable. Punches flew up and down. I managed to pull him to the ground, my hands resting on his collar. The sound of the cloth stretching and then the rasp of the ripping material filled the air. He rolled to the right, raised his chest and lifted himself up to his feet. I grabbed my nen created sword, he did the same.

I raised it to parry another attack and proceeded with stabbing him in the upper arm with my knife. The knife was poisoned, and the poison was proven effective as I watched the sword fall out of his right hand. The metal blade hit the stone ground, and I stabbed my blade right through his stomach. At the same time, he manage to land a hit in my own stomach, more precise my diaphragm. I gasped for air, as my eyes started to water. My lungs tightened as it got harder to breath. His fist was covered in my blood from the wound I gave him, and his organs oozed out the wide cut. I pulled out my knife, as I fell onto the the stone floor, hands pressed against my abdomen. Controlling a nen knife, I pushed it through his body once more, before I watched him collapse. This guy was incredibly strong. But not strong enough....

I did lose a lot of blood though. Also, I'm almost at my nen limit.

I glimpsed over to Hisoka, who was currently fighting the, uh, original. His golden hair was tied into a long ponytail, and his spotless face now had red marks and wounds on it. The sword which once was in its blade, now laid in his hands, currently defending himself against Hisoka's numerous playing cards. The knife a gave him earlier, one of my very best creations, was in the victims chest, as Hisoka attacked him with a whole stack of playing cards. I watched as the boss fall to the floor, his body perforated with blades and cards. I shifted my head over to Hisoka, seeing him injured. His right arm was bleeding heavily, and his face had a couple scratches in it. Along his shirt was a big scratch, most likely from the sword, which split his shirt in half. His muscular torso was revealed, and my horny self couldn't resist to think of touching it. I blushed at my own thought, and watched him pull my knife out of the corpses chest, and lick the blood.  ...S e x y...

Slowly, I stood up and walked over to him. I caught his eye, and together we ensembles ourselves back in the middle of the stadium. A robot with a screen as face rolled inside. On it was written: >CONGRATULATIONS. YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED IN THE 2ND MISSION. ONE LAST IS YET TO COME. PLEASE FOLLOW ME<

"Looks like we only have one left. Maybe the number at first was just to stress us?" Hisoka thought out loud. I nodded in agreement, and together we headed back to the white room.
