We went towards the monitor, not saying a word. I read aloud:
>>QUIZ. PRESS "TOUGH LUCK" TO START<<
I gave Hisoka a wondering look, and he nodded, so I laid my finger on the "Tough Luck" field.

The screen was blurry, all the questions were pixeled, expect for the very first one. Next to it, a countdown started counting down from 3 minutes. I looked at Hisoka next to me, and read the question again. "This is the first question. It's a game of trust: So, to start off, do you trust your partner?"
Hisoka chuckled and glanced over to me, his eyes thin. A anxious smile crept up my face. What was I supposed to say?

Don't lie. That's the only rule, I reminded myself. The countdown just went past the 2:30 min mark, and I stared at the screen. On it was a blue button labeled "YES" and a purple button labeled „NO". Blue or Purple -  Yes or No? Thoughts rushed through my head.

I'm slowly falling for this guy...
Does that mean I should trust him?
Does that mean that I do trust him?

The problem with his question was the fact that I didn't know what was the truth. I wasn't able to differentiate between the right and the wrong, the true and the false...

Don't lie.

"Should I look away?" Hisoka offered me, watching me overthink my decision for the 5th time. I looked back up, being pulled out of my thoughts. The timer said 1:24 min left. The idea wasn't bad. Is it that I cant decide because he is watching?

"Hell no!" I answered, confidently smiling and pressing the blue button. Shit, was that the right answer? I nervously looked down onto my bracelet, which started blinking blue, the moment I pressed the button. I felt a small sting and scrunched my face. Hisoka noticed and looked over to me, asking "You alright?", looking kinda worried. The sting immediately stopped, and I stopped pressing my arm, and shifted my head back up. Confidently, I ignored his question, and checked the countdown, seeing that its at 00:20. I questioned, "What will you pick?", and looked up to Hisoka, who seemed remarkably taller than me right now. He just smiled, whispering "That's something you'll never know" and pat my head, making me feel incredibly small. *-*

"Oi!! Don't just pat me!!" I said, pouting and turning my back to Hisoka. He just laughed, pulling me back to him, and hugged me slightly. I heard him say,  "Purple...", and before I could add something to that, a loud alarm rang through the room. Jumping slightly in shock, I held my hands against my ears, looking at the screen nervously. Was one of our answers incorrect?

"Oh. Seems like the time is up. Lets see what comes next" Hisoka openly recognized.

My question, if something was incorrect, was answered shortly after, as the black letters reappeared: I cleared my throat and then loudly read: "OKAY, SEEMES LIKE YOU TWO ARE A GOOD MATCH", my voice slightly started, as I slightly blushed and continued reading out loud: "BOTH ANSWERS WERE "YES". NOW PLEASE WALK THROUGH THE DOOR NEXT TO YOU" - "huh?" I asked out loud. " I thought you said you didn't trust me?" I looked at Hisoka, clearly confused by the situation. "There must've been something wrong", I continued. Looking up at Hisoka, I lifted one eyebrow. "Or...is it that you lied to me?" I asked. A smirk appeared on my face as I saw a faint blush on his face. "Hahaha, you're just too cute" it came out my mouth. "Uhh, that wasn't supposed to actually be said", I quietly admitted, blushing hardly. This time it was Hisoka who laughed. "I think you lied there. The one who's cute is definitely you." He chuckled, smirking. Bending down, the tilted my chin up and gave me a small and unsatisfying peck on the cheek. Even though I know I wanted more, I gave him a laughing eye roll and moved towards the door next to us.
