You and Kagami were on the way home, holding hands. You suddenly heard a familiar voice calling out for you, "(First Name)!"
You turned around and you widened your eyes in shock, stopping dead on track. Kagami realized your pause, "(First Name)?"
You were too shock to say anything.
The person whom called out to you was dress in a simple black T-shirt and skinny jeans. He has a chocolate brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes, and was about about the same height as Kagami.
It was your previous boyfriend, (Ex's Name).
Kagami began to worry about you as you were stood rooted to the ground, sweating bullets.
(Ex's Name) approached you and greeted, "Long time no see, (First Name). You seemed to be living well." he smiled.
"Hey you. Who are you?" Kagami asked, (Ex's Name) ignored him and continued flashing a bright smile at you. "Your boyfriend?" he looked at Kagami and asked.
You snapped out of your mind and hung your head low, "Let's go, Taiga." you grabbed his wrist and walked away.
(Ex's Name) didn't bother to chase after you or do anything, he just stood there looking at the both of you walking away.
"You found a great boyfriend that seemed to treasure you, I suppose."
-Kagami's Apartment-
Your boyfriend prepares a cup of hot cocoa for you while you're sitting on the couch, hugging your knees.
"So... who's that guy back there earlier?" Kagami asked while handing you the hot cocoa.
"I-If I tell you about it, c-could you p-please don't get m-mad at me?" you stuttered and looked at him with a bitter look on your pretty face.
He nodded.
"... He was my previous b-boyfriend..." you squeaked.
Kagami was slightly shocked but did not hesitate to asked again, "What makes the two of you broke up?"
You were even more depressed when he asked that sensitive question.
"He... cheated on me..."
Kagami was astounded by what you've just said. You stood up, planning to go to the bathroom to wipe away the tears that were threatened to fall.
You were startled when all of a sudden, Kagami hugged you from behind.
"T-Taiga?" you flustered.
"I won't hurt you like that jerk did. I will always stay by your side, no matter what happens." he said, turning you around and kissed you passionately.
