Riley's POV:
Me: don't worry I'm almost there
Hunter: yayyyayayyayay
that's the old hunter I remember texting before:))))
I got to his apartment and later today we would be leaving on the road for a short time.
"Hunter I'm excited",I smiled.
Hunter turned to face me. "I am too".

We got on the bus with all the guys. My eyes scanned all the faces I will have to remember for the rest of the trip.
"Guys this is Riley",Hunter introduced me.
"Hi",I waved.
"So this is the girl you've been telling us about for the past year",a guy with dreads nodded his head.
"I've known about her since Hunter was still in high school",another guy with black hair said.
"Say wha?",I asked confused.
"Ok I'll explain",the guy with black hair said. He stood up. "I'm Sam and I know you cause I've been playing shows with Hunter since high school so he's told me about you. This is Matt",he said pointing to the guy with dreads.
"That's Devo or Devin but we call him Devo",Sam pointed to another guy with sorta longish black hair.
Then he pointed to another guy with curly hair. "That's Steve".
"And we all know you cause Hunter has told us about you",Sam concluded.
(btw guys take note that I didn't mention Andy cause in the beginning they didn't have Andy yet. He doesn't come in the band till later on. that's how it actually was so just btw)
"Well nice to meet you guys. I'm Riley and I love Beyoncé and Taylor Swift and my favorite food is pizza",I said throwing up a peace sign and making a cheesy smile.
"I like her already",Matt laughed.
"So yeah I'm not that interesting but whatever",I smiled.
"Not interesting? I beg to differ with you Riley but you always have me at the edge of my seat",Hunter leaned against me.
"Well thanks",I patted his shoulder.

Once we arrived into the town we all looked out of the windows. The town was pretty nice actually even though it wasn't huge.
"This place is cool",Hunter nodded his head as we walked around.
We entered the arena. It was so empty but the equipment/stage crew started to bring in all the necessary stage setup.
I ran across the stage. "Potaatoo!!! Look at this place!".
Suddenly the guys began to laugh. "did she just call you potato?",laughed Steve.
Hunter looked slightly annoyed. "yes that's what she's always called me".
"Actually you were the one who called yourself hot potato in the first place",I said.
The guys began to laugh harder. Sam wiped a tear from his face. "ohhoho wow".
"Alright guys get to work",Hunter ordered. His face looked annoyed.
I kissed his cheek and giggled. "I'm sorry babe. You do realize our great grandkids will know that I called you that. It's ok".
His annoyed expression turned to a grin. He kissed my cheek and grabbed his mic stand.

I watched the crowd cheering. They were loud. Then the band kept playing. Hunter bounced around like a kangaroo.
He sang so good like I couldn't even believe how good he was.
About halfway through he stopped breathless. "well....I think its about time I let you meet my inspiration. She's everything to me. I wouldn't be me without her".
He cleared his throat and started to speak once again. "I've been dating her since highschool but we were broken up for a little over a year. We finally can see each other again so she's mine once again. I'm hoping you will show her the love you have shown to me as well. She's apart of us now. She always has been. You just didn't know it. Please welcome my beautiful Riley".
I began to feel nervous. Quickly I walked from back stage to right next to Hunter.
Surprisingly they cheered for me. I smiled. Hunter hugged me and then spoke into the mic.
"Ok everyone I'm going to sing and you need to finish the verse. We are going to sing to Riley. Alright here we go".
He turned to face me. "I just wanna wrap you up, wanna kiss your lips..".
Hunter pointed to the crowd and they sang. "I wanna make you feel wanted".
Tears filled my eyes. I put a hand over my mouth. "I love you guys",I said into the mic.
"Love you potato",I whispered into Hunter's ear before walking backstage.

We were all quietly in our beds. Except for Hunter who was on his laptop.
"Potato come to bed",I said. He bit his lip.
"Please",I said. He got up and turned everything off. Hunter laid next to me.
He wrapped his arms around me and left kisses down neck. "I love you",he whispered. After that we both fell asleep.
