Chapter 7: "Bright White Jackets"Arthur's Note: Ok, so this has a long Arthur flashback, so it will be mostly focused on that. Originally I did not have it in my story, but it came to me and I needed to add it. It has to do with why he was sent to Arkham before the movie began. I hope you like it!!!

Arthur:
"I think I felt better when I was locked up in the hospital..."
Counselor:
"And have you thought more about why you were locked up?"
Arthur: "Who knows..."
Iris went to go get something for his nausea and then made it back to him as quickly as possible. He was starting to slump over like he did in the car and Iris was starting to panic.
"No, this isn't right you need to be in a hospital" she said as she put her hands on the sides of head.
The very second she uttered those words he tightly grasped her wrist and looked at her with so much pure intensity that she almost felt her nether regions set aflame.
"No, no hospital" he said through gritted teeth.
For some reason she just felt speechless and all she could do was stare. He was serious. She didn't even expect him to have even that much strength.
When she said those words Joker felt his fiery adrenaline race through his broken body and grant him some strength to be sure this woman knew he was serious.
All he thought about were those 4 walls and that horrid, binding straight jacket, making him feel more caged than he already did. His mother was the one who had him committed last time, which made him want to scoff now, and how he was just treated like a burden on society and another box on a long list of sick people to he checked off. Another number, not a human being desperately needing help.
