Miley Pov.

"Let me down " I yelled, hitting Haze's back with my fist.

After my pathetic attempt to escape Haze carried me, not in a bridal style but by my legs, like I was some sort of a sack, to make sure I didn't escape.

Haze opened the door of the passenger seat with his free hand and shoved me inside and then he got inside the driver seat. I huffed and glared at everyone in pure hatred. Haze chuckled and started to drive.

The more and more closer we got the more and more faster my heart started beating. It's this feeling that we get when a kidnapper kidnaps you, the first few minutes you are in denial, that this is not real and we will get out of it .We will be in that state even when we are tied. We will come into realization only when we are in a room all alone with no one to hear you or save you.

Underground fighting is not a big thing, I mean for people who have been into illegal stuff it's so not a big deal at all. It's just one in a million of other illegal stuff.

I, for one, never liked underground fighting though I have been there for only like three to five times I never had good experiences with it. It was that bad that I loathe it and they taking me to one does not help me.

Haze parked the car in front of, what looked like, a club. For a moment I got my hopes up, but it came crashing down when a guy with boxing gloves slammed the Jeep with amusement. I glared at him as he walked to Haze's side and opened his door Haze and that boxer, as he had boxing gloves infact he looked like a guy who sells beer but is too ashamed to say that, did their bro thing and walked towards the entrance.

And then everyone got out of the Jeep and walked towards the entrance apart from me. I thought about jumping to the driver's seat and going back home, but Haze had taken the keys out on his way out. So I thought about calling Jenna so that she could take be back, I am pretty sure she won't like it and take me back and probably send me back to California, which doesn't seem like a bad option. There was knock on my side of the window, I turned to look at Haze. I glared at him and huffed, folding my hands across my chest.

Haze opened the door and asked "Seriously, come on out"

"No " I said, shaking my head.

"just come on. It's just underground fighting "

"Look, I don't like it. I don't want to do it. I am scared " I said shaking my head.

If I pretend that I am scared of it, they will probably mock me and let me go. I don't care I am demeaning myself, I am desparate.

"You don't look scared " he said crossing his arms across his chest.

"You said so yourself, my emotions don't reach my eyes so you can't see it"

"But I would know it nevertheless" he said rolling his eyes.

"Don't pretend you know everything about me" I snapped. "You only know what I want you to know"

"And you don't want me to know about this thing? Fighting?"

"No" I huffed out.

"All the more reason why I should do this, this means you are hiding something " he said with a smirk.

I glared at him,"why are you doing this? What do you want? "I asked looking up at him.

Haze leaned in closer, his head inside the Jeep and a few inches away from my face.

"I know your dad didn't work as a military men and I also know that you were involved in gang business in California.

And you killing Liam, tells me that it wasn't your first time killing somebody. You killed a guy with no second thoughts.
