Miley pov.

"So you want me to wait in the terrace while you go and take the bullet and the files and give it to me? " I asked with disbelief.

Caden thought today, on a fucking Friday, would be the best option to break into the police station because why not it's not the starting of the weekend at all. I glared at him and decided to unleash hell.

Caden nodded and looked at the police station.

"no offense, but I really think you alone can't go in, let alone steal a gun " I said, crossing my arms over my chest.

Caden glared at me and said" I can go inside. All alone"

"oh please and do tell me what's your plan? Knocking the door and expecting the police to give you the evidences? "

" I am gonna sneak through the window, whereas you can sit and shut down the cameras and I will go to the 'restricted room' and take all the information and evidences on Keith"

I laughed and said " I am totally not gonna miss you when you get shot"

"the police officers are not inside"

" In which generation does the police not stay at station past eleven at night?"

Caden sighed and asked "what's your plan?"

"well, I was thinking about someone distracting the police and the other sneaking inside. So basically you can distract the police and I will sneak in through the bathroom. Hopefully no one is gonna be there, I will stay hidden in a stall and cut down the connection to the cameras and then go to the 'restricted room' to collect all the evidence and files "

" you want me to distract the police?" he asked like I had grown three heads.

"you have to do something, I can't do everything"

Caden glared at me. "I am gonna fuck you up if you keep flaunting your attitude" he gritted and took a step closer to me like that was supposed to scare me.

"Aww you are cute" I said pinching his cheeks with a smile.

Caden raised his clenched fist, when a piercing sound made our ears wince. We both quickly removed the ear piece and winced in pain. After recovering we kept it back in our ears to hear Vincent laughing. "you guys fight like monkeys. Shut up and get to work" Vincent said.

I gave Caden a pointed look, he glared at me. " look distracting a police could take a lot risk and if you do it properly, who knows I would probably give you a candy" I said with a smile and whipped my hair on his face and got out of the car.

"and what am I supposed to do with this?" I asked.

"you don't know what this is? It's called a walkie talkie. It is used to..."

I cut him off and said "shut up. I know what this is. Why are we using this? What happened to our phones?"

" I thought it would be better to use a walkie talkie, like our phones could be traced and all. So, yeah " he said, scratching his neck. I nodded and made my way to the back door of the police station hoping the cap that I was wearing would cover my face from the cameras.
